Just wondering were the any legal dramas with the conversion? Did you need and engineers cert? How was insuring it with the new engine? I ask because i would love to do the same thing with a 32.

There is a 3" catback JASMA exhaust (second hand) on ebay now for $299. Grab that and a split dump/front pipe, cat combo from batmbl and you will have an awesome street exhaust for a good price.

You need to get ready for a massive increase in unsprung weight, and all the joys that come along with it.

There is a blue s14a getting around melb with 33gtr wheels on it. Looks great. Subtle but still that tuned look. Almost a tuned sleeper LOL!

Ha ha ha awesome thread!! Just a quick tip for anyone wanting a great CAI. Simply remove that annoying little spring lookin thing from your AFM (cant do anything important) and jam it full of snow. Chills the air and will even give everything a nice clean to boot!

I'm sure i've seen the car that crashed before, I remember those old volk(?) style wheels and the little fog lamps. Maybe on the for sale sections here, or prestige motorsport? If the CGC vs Slide hiflow comp goes ahead it would be fantastic. No doubt they are 2 turbos that so many are considering fitting. Would be really great to see a back to back comparison. DO IT!!

The car is an S15. Need to have head unit, rear speakers, sub, amp and head unit removed. Then put in factory speakers and cheapo head unit. Cheers Nick

As long as u are aware what the car will cost in the long run in terms of money and time, and you are prepared for that. They are still are bargain performance car.

Maybe its just cause its a silvia, but I have never had any problems like you guys!!! The closest thing was some dude tailgaiting real close for like 5 mins on the way to sydney, but he was doing it to everyone so i didn't really feel special. I thought i would have copped heaps of crap, especially cause i'm still on my P's in a modded s15. But nothing exept some tradies in a VY SS giving me thumbs down and shaking their heads, quick stab on the loud pedal fixed that. Oh well hopefully a skyline is next, so i can enjoy all the abuse any discerning import driver deserves

From my (limited) understanding boring the rb26 block is not the best option, because there is not a huge amount to be gained before block integrity is compromised. I've never heard of a big bore kit before, but ya never know. Try the search function. If you have countless dollars anything is possible.

The odds were in Mundine's favour befor (1.90 vs 1.65) but since green weighed in .5kg heavier they are pretty much even.
