I'd recommend talking to Elite Racing Developments and EFI Performance. Dan at ERD knows his way around skylines, and EFI will help you out with the ECU, they supply, fit and tune the Nistune board for around $1k. Once I get some time and cash I'll be getting one, as my car is about as modded as yours. oh and both are SAUQLD club sponsors.
