hey guys just a quick question.... i just got my car out of a defect..my local speed shop put everything back to standard... the pipes for my turbo also .. with the standard boost control.. can someone please tell me how it should go back to how it was.. as there is 3 ports... this pic is how i think it might go it has a ems... and no air flow meter...if thats relevant Cheers

hehe thanks paul i know you get what you pay for ! so a 2530 hks would be a good upgrade on mid to high boost ?? compared to the 3071 ?

Thanks for the info mafia .. do the garrett gt3071 turb need new lines too ?? i have a stainless manifold... but i will need to get a new one for the external wastegate if i go down this path..

i would be happy with 230 -240 wrkw 230 out of a hks 2530 sounds good .. and its all direct bolt on ! but for a little bit more money i could but a garrett brand new !!

i first looked at the HKS 2530 .. i guy i know has one for 1500 secondhand in great condition.... i have been told these are slightly small for a rb25 ?? im sure it will be a big improvement on the standard ?

thanks guys for the info... sorry i dont know enough about turbo specs yet... so its true no garrett gt30s come internal wastegated ?? is it possible to put one on with out using my standard housing ?? Cheers

hey guys i have done quite a bit of research... especially reading past threads.. i thought i would quickly check with yall first... i have a 33 with ems cooler exhaust new turbo manifold etc.. and want to upgrade my turbo... i have decided on a Garrett gt3071 with .63 exhaust and with an internal wastegate.... does this all sound like a good setup ?
