Turbonetics GTK series gets my vote... either the 650 / 800. Just came out from a build with one of these and we are most impressed with the results. Compared to the Garrett items; cheaper, better build quality, and better performance IMO.

You could probably check with Nissan... I would check on the R32 we have but that has a RB25 in it.

Morning all, As promised - Ann has sent through the proofs for me to get the OK for from you guys... please see below for the 2 versions on offer (GT-T and GT-4), everything else is the same across both so it's really a choice between what cars you have. Please note that these are not to scale. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A few of you have also asked me about mounting... so here it is: My original had pre-drilled holes which meant that I had to mimic the holes on the fuse box cover and secure using screws. This proved to be quite "messy" and even cracked 1 of the corners as I was screwing it on. As such I decided against this option for the GB version - using adhesives would work a lot better. My reccomendation would be to clean the both surfaces, mix up some epoxy or similar and apply. Since the covers are flat, you can just sit it on a bench and put a phone book on it until it cures - easy! PS: The above method is only a suggestion, I will not be held responsible if you f&*k it up, feel free to use blue tack as a "safer" alternative

Standard items you should look into as with most other turbo charged cars: Change the Air Intake (Apexi make a good bolt on kit) Change to a turbo-back exhaust (3" system from Trust, HKS, Apexi) Upgrade the EBC to wind some more boost into it (Greddy, Blitz, HKS etc.) Upgrade the ECU (PFC is a cheap, bullshit free system) Then think about suspension upgrades. Above will net you probably 200-220rwkw if done properly. Costs? (approximate, probably on the generous side) 1. $150 - $200 2. $800 - $1100 3. $300 - $700 4. $1500? + Tune? 5. POA As for the S15... no comment.

I read a few pages back that there are engine mounts that can be used to lower the motor a bit. Can someone please: 1) verify that this works? 2) confirm how much lowering we're talking about? 3) confirm where to get these engine mounts from? Oh yeah, we started up the RB2630 the other day after a long arse build - thanks to everyone here who gave valuable info through PMs etc. So far we've made 330rwkw on 14psi through the auto gearbox. Torque was at 487nm, and it was at this point where the flex plate in the auto gave up (see pic below) A new item has been sourced n sent down to MV Automatics for strengthening
