Remove the post regarding his details; calm down... and take the following steps.
1) Get a statement from Ryan about what happened
2) Write your own statement
3) Get both of them witnessed
4) Go to the police, report it and get a copy of that too
5) Go to a solicitor and state your case - get a letter of demand issued
6) Sit back and relax... because it's now in the hands of the boys in blue and an old dude in a suit
No need to get angry, get even - but do it the legal way.
As mentioned; by posting his details up and making threats of violent action - you've probably already broken some laws and you could end up in more trouble than Fidel.
The last Northern Beaches cruise was great... plenty of cars and not one spot of cop trouble (despite one or two people being concerned).
Yeah, you should organize one and I'm sure people will turn out in huge droves!
Most law is derived from past cases and gets updated now and again. Updates are made when someone manages to break laws that we don't even have yet (hence the need for ammendment)
However, saying that, laws are not just set by one body - usually takes confirmation and approval from many bodies (all of which are smartly clad in grey suits).
But anyways, go do your own homework - we all had to!
Try going to the Balangalow Forest where Ivan went nuts, for a Army Cadet Camp - not to mention a few of the local cowboys playing malicious pranks on you for a week!
Does anyone from that night have some decent photos to show? I recall seeing one or two camcorders floating around as well...
All of my photos came out too dark - so would like any if possible.
Thanks
Read up on the auction processes over in Japan... all cars are pretty much scrutinized 3 times over - once by the dealer, then by the auctioneers, then by a technician.
If you are importing your 34 through a dealer though, make sure you have it written into the contract that you will only commit after seeing the car in true form.
Most will be OK with that because they are cars that they would import regardless of your purchase. Just lock your interest in with a small deposit and you should be fine.
PS: The sunroof is a standard feature - even the Glass has Nissan etched onto it.
There was one at the dealership when I picked mine up; sunroof looked genuine to me.
Anyways; 1998 S1 R34 GTT, 100% stock, Grade 4.5 from Japan, Semi Auto, 38K kms for $28K flat... but I must say that there was a personal connection involved.
After getting into the car I spend about 2-3 minutes fiddling with everything so I guess that is more than enough warm up time.
Besides, its pretty much stock so I'll wait till there is some serious gear in there before I take this warming up business for real.
1) If someone stole those planks of wood that I'm using as an entry ramp I would have to sleep outside until they showed pity and returned them. Secondly, they are bloody heavy pieces of wood so good luck to them.
2) Even with height adjustable suspension, it would be a hassle to change it constantly - you wouldn't want to sacrifice a lowered ride just because of your driveway would you?
The end story on this, get a new house the Skylines are more important!
WOW WEE Looks like I'm missing out on all the action...
I think someone mentioned it ages ago - but Campbelltown just too far away
But PM me your msn anyways~
