  1. Hey mate; It is unpainted and is in raw finish fibreglass... it needs to be taken to a spray shop and matched to your car's colour. Thanks Stan
  2. Just had a think about this; price too extreme... $100 + freight!
  3. 11.5 from the RX-3 although it's not a Nissan
  4. Hi there, As you may know I am running a group buy on some FG and CF parts from an overseas supplier. One of the items on offer is the Fibreglass Bonnet Lip for the R34GTT (URAS Style). I had a few people asking for these so I went ahead and made use of the shipping schedule - brought one over. Now it seems that not one of the 4 people who enquired is even keen on replying to my PM asking if they still want it. Anyways, the bonnet lip arrived yesterday and it is ready for immediate dispatch. Price is the same as the group buy; I'm not going to make a loss - only difference is that the item is HERE in Sydney so there's no wait for it to come from overseas. Price: $145 delivered to your door! Photos: courtesy of choyda + n15m0 who have also bought from the GB http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=137791&hl= Contact: PM and stan [at] 2evolve.com.au
  5. Photos added for your viewing pleasure - negotiable on the price too!
  6. Eyelids for Lou Lou and Rflirty4 will be sent out today! Thanks for your patience - logistics have been a real pain in the ass. Due to a non-payment / communications error; I now also have (in Sydney) a FG Bonnet Lip for the R34 GTT. This has been landed already and is in my apartment ready for immediate delivery. Price is $145 delivered so PM if you're keen. * I might even put this item up on it's seperate thread *
  7. Ol_Mate's set will be sent out today... Croat and Thizzle's are ready for collection; I'll PM you with more details. Everyone else; I was up till 1am inspecting parts and doing packaging - not to mention I bus it out to work each day so I can only carry so many boxes The rest will be boxed up and sent out in a steady order. On the heartbreaking news - I received 6 sets yesterday and upon personal inspection of each set; 2 were either damaged in transit or damaged from the factory. These damaged articles have been documented and will be sent back to the supplier who WILL replace them. I'll keep ya updated. All other sills I have inspected are fine.
  8. Just the snorkel...
  9. Hi all, I have for sale 1 set of Chromed RB26DETT exhaust manifold heat shields... these have been freshly chromed and have not been used since it was done (went high mount option). Price: $65.00 delivered Contact: PM or stan [at] 2evolve.com.au Thanks Stan
  10. Drive in movies Public enough coz it'll be packed - private enough coz you'll be in your car
  11. The pub? Public and if you go into the toilet cubicle; it's kinda private
  12. Guilt-Toy; if you are correct, which I think you are then you have explained what I have said. Thanks! I especially like your views on the "corrections" you couldn't be more right - my ECU has tonnes of correction factors which must be tuned to ensure the car is running right.
  13. I've got a R33GTST Airbox Snorkel - $50 + Freight.
  14. There is a blue one with white stripes that frequents the Northern Beaches - from what I've heard they "race" everyone on the road to get a catch.
  15. Why not just post it up here?
  16. So why aren't you a PowerFC tuner yet? If it was so easy then everyone with half a brain and a PowerFC manual would be starting up dyno tuning workshops. Seriously, even though the facility is there so the DIY guru can tune their own cars - how many are game enough? How many actually know at which points to alter fuel / ignition? How many are willing to take that gamble? I think all tuners have gone through a lot of training (which in some cases they pay a lot of money to do) so simply saying that anybody can make quick n easy adjustments would be somewhat far-fetched and wrong. If i was a tuner who has years of experience / training - I'd actually be pretty insulted if a kid rocked up and said "stuff you and your training, i can do that just as easily as you can"
  17. I have one question about all this re-mapping business... as you may or may not know; the Nissan ECUs on the Skylines are all "hybrid" ECUs (i.e. they change / adapt their parameters to cope with the new conditions wherever they are run). This is the reason why most people say to reset your ECUs after you install items such as Pod Filters; Boost Bleed Valves etc etc. Now; even after a remap I am lead to believe that the "hybrid" essence of it is not removed - it is still a learning computer as such and will adapt it's new parameters to suit conditions such as air temp; fuel quality; etc etc. Wouldn't this mean that over time; the ECUs "tune" will turn into something else all together? On the contrary; if the re-map is such that it "locks" the parameters in without letting it change, then there is another problem... what if your car was tuned on a really warm day and you go for a fang on a cold rainy night? What does the ECU do then when it's faced with such extreme differences of conditions? Obviously an ECU that is locked down will not have the leverage to move enough along the maps to compensate for this. BTW; what is the resolution on the standard ECUs? I'm under the impression that they are lower than a PowerFC which is set at 24x24 I think (correct me if I'm wrong on this one)
  18. I must say that they both look very nice - but honestly; is there a point to it? Surely you're not 1) going to be staring at the glove box when you're on the track/strip and 2) not going to get the passenger to monitor vitals for you right
  19. Found what I wanted - thanks!
  20. LATEST UPDATE: 27/03/2007 - 12:18pm I've just been advised that 2 boxes of parts (CF Sills and other items) have arrived at my workshop. THIS IS BLOODY FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!! I will head there after work today and check them out; the mass packaging will begin either tonight or tomorrow and items will be sent out pronto tonto. As always; I am forever thankful for your show of patience and hope that the goods received will no doubt make up for it all! Thank you all!
  21. No worries; I'll get back to you today. You wouldn't have a part # to go by do you?
  22. I'll let you know on the Wolf3D; don't know if they make a plug n play for the R34GTT. I'll call you if I can help out
  23. Get an HKS F-CON V Pro; you won't go back to anything else... and HKS99 does not know what he's talking about; you don't need standalone ECUs for big power... the world's fastest GTRs (top 10); 6 of them are all running this ECU.
  24. I've just picked up a new supplier today by the name of ACA who deal with automotive electrical plugs... they only deal with businesses though so you should call up and put on a desperate tone of voice. Be warned; we got a few injector plugs (old ones were cracked) and they were quite expensive.
