  1. I'd really like to come but the meet point is a cruise and a half already
  2. Very nice; job well done!
  3. Glad you like them Samantha...
  4. Thanks for the PMs guys... Will contact one of you shortly
  5. Cheers guys - and Peter, it ain't OLD, just OLDER! HAPPY NEW YEAR~
  6. LOL at all the comments since yesterday... UPDATE: * Stan is now a REAL driver - WOOHHOOOOO!!! * Thank you to all who supported and gave advice WHAT HAPPENED: * Got there real early with the manual in hand (just like Beer Baron suggested, looked real nerdy and they bought it ) * Got into the test * They hit me with three statistics questions which totally threw me off but I guess I just picked the most logical and "safe" option. * All those touch the screen scenarios were really easy, answers were obvious. I just made sure to touch the screen twice on every instance that I was supposed to - just to make sure. Anyways, see you on the road - keep it safe - remember, over 90% of all accidents are caused by human error! PS: Feels really good not to be a P-Plater anymore
  7. Hi all, I'm chasing a working AFM for a 1993 R33GTST Also chasing a set of brake discs for a R34GTT; these can be in any condition... simply need to use them for a diagnosis. Thanks Stan
  8. Hey Steve, The only items available for the R32 at the moment is the Wide Fenders in FG and the Headlight CAI Thanks
  9. Bigger Turbo Custom Widebody New Wheels Full CF Interior Race Seats Cage + Harness (maybe)
  10. Aiight, cheers guys! Doodz; my parents still think that
  11. Ok in that case you'd also need a SITC
  12. I'd like to think of the re-mapped ECU as a "broad" tune; still utilizing the "hybrid" element of the stock ECU whereby it changes the parameters based on enviromental conditions. SAFC 1/2 would be a sort of "fine" tune, perfecting what the "broad" tune would be doing. I see no harm in coupling the two together... IMO it would work very well.
  13. 1) Turbo Back system... Apexi N1? Little over $1k I think 2) Go back to your importer/dealer - trade them your stock exhaust + cash for a better exhaust system My cat-back Trust PEII only cost me $300 from memory
  14. You'd need a crystal clean history then right? I've only ever been picked up once and that was for a stop sign - you think this will be "good" enough?
  15. Should be around February (early to mid)... I still have to do some reading on what the differences are in setup for normal pink slips and e-pink slips; at my mates workshop they have been refused the online system for some reason.
  16. Cheers BB
  17. Currently not able to do pink slips; but soon to be - just finalizing some plans / paperwork for the new year then we'll be sorted.
  18. Cool... question; did you have the EBC wired up in Open / Closed loop? My Hybrid fell on its ass when we removed the AFM and could not run it with that signal (main cause of the EBC not working)
  19. EDIT - 5 year liscence sounds good
  20. Yes, unfortunately for us younger generation the RTA has turned the liscencing system into some money laundering scam... there's a total of 4 tests now (each with associated costs) before you can call yourself a "liscenced driver" Thanks, will get the 3yr if I pass
  21. Well with my Green Ps soon to expire I thought it would be a good time to sit for my full liscence... so I've booked myself in for 9am tomorrow morning (gotta squeeze it into 2006). Also just spent the last hour reading all 94 pages of that hand book - pretty self explanatory stuff (apart from the emphasis on statistics). Did all the online tests and passed... Questions: 1) Should this be sufficient preparation? 2) How much emphasis is there on the stats in the actual test? 3) Is the DQT a lot harder than say the Greens? 4) What's the best option after you pass; 1yr or 3yrs Thanks + wish me luck for tomorrow S
  22. Sorry I just couldn't resist taking some photos last night - CF has that special attention drawing aura all the time
  23. OK everyone, great news... courtesy of our fabulous international mail system, the order has arrived. It contains: 2 x FG Bonnet Lips 3 x FG Eyelids 1 x CF B-Pillar Moulds I have personally checked all the goods in question to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. PROBLEM: All but one set of FG Eyelids arrived safely. They must've dropped the parcel or something because one of the eyelids has a few fractures on it and a small chunk missing from the corner I am in the process of individually packaging the items... I have already sent an email asking for an immediate replacement of the broken eyelids (new set). I will begin to send these items out next week; but for now please hang tight Updates on broken eyelids to follow...
  24. Yes; to all those who have said that the E-01 is a mammoth of a device, you are not far off... we must've spent a good few days deciding where to put that screen. It's a more popular boost controller with the EVO community and they have come up with some nice places to mount it. JazzaR33; what would be awesome would be the type of system that parralels with the HKS CAMP system. Ultimate stealth for everything.
  25. Yes it is registered...
