I was looking into doing metal ones before, but the tooling cost to get them done just wasn't viable - I would've needed to move about 400 sets before the tooling cost was even recovered.

Yeah there seems to be a lot of division about the lip... I've always wanted one; just was never able to get my hands on one until now. The price of the sills is I think a bargain considering the lengths of the sills (two of them) and the quality of the finish and CF.

Getting the lip prepped and painted tonight... hopefully turns out good; will post up more photos once it's done!

The door sills were a custom item yes They were about $250 + delivery to Australia. I actually bought 2 sets instead of one due to some miscommunication with the guy (thought I paid $500 for them at first ). There's a spare set lying around but I think it's been sold; got a lot of interest from GTT guys once I put them up in the F/S thread.
