  1. Hi all, Been looking for some small items to make the GTT a little bit different for a while now - there's not much out there without getting stuff full custom made etc etc. Now as we all know; going down the "custom" path is pretty pricey - not an avenue I particularly wanted to invest in, especially if it was just for aesthetics. Anyhow I stumbled accross the following: 1) Carbon Fibre Door Sills made to original spec (including the SKYLINE word) 2) R34 GTT Bonnet Lip (see photo below) Now you may all say that there is nothing special about the bonnet lip - you'd be correct. But I am yet to be able to find a place where I can get one from in Australia. Furthermore; paying close to $300 for one from Japan is outrageous! Anyways; both items now in my grubby paws and waiting for spraying/fitment. Meanwhile; here are some photos GTT Bonnet Lip GTT CF Door Sills [attachmen =54820:attachment]
  2. Finally got these beauties into town last night after much anticipation... took some photos; mock fitted them; polished them up and took some photos again! Here are some photos for your drooling experience! [attachmen =54803:attachment]
  3. I purchased a front lip from CarMate... didn't really care about the quality or the fitment as we would've "made it fit"... I needed it purely to protect my OEM front bar from anymore driveway damage - the OK product I received was a bonus.
  4. Where you at? Interested in the H/U
  5. Dunno; only know about the GTT conversion as I have a mate who's done both.
  6. Which ones; the GTR ones of the EVO7 brakes?
  7. Define max boost? My last dyno run saw me at 1bar by 3,500rpm (after a 2,800rpm stall convertor) then 1.25bar by 4,500rpm. This was on a high flowed turbo.
  8. R33GTR calipers fit the R34GTT Front and Back... so do Evo 7 calipers strangely enough

  10. DYNO GRAPH FROM MOST RECENT TUNE:
  11. What's the Greddy Boost Controller? Profec B? E-01?
  12. DYNO GRAPH FROM TUNE:
  13. I'm not sure where that resin came from... one of the boys just rocked up with the kit on Monday night and explained how it worked. I assume he got it through his work - he runs a tool shop during the day. I would guess it'd be readily available from anywhere that sells abrasives.
  14. Cleaning it with kero will only bring back the lustre; it won't get rid of "stains" on the metal such as coolant that's caked itself on. Using the resin protection described above will stop that as it seals the polished finish away from the elements. You'd get away with just wiping your parts with a clean cloth. NB: Cleaning with kero once a MONTH is ok, not weekly...
  15. Kwazza11; we ended up NOT using a BOV at all... put in a blanking plate which started to "buckle" by itself, so we sandwhiched the BOV on top of it making it firm. There's definitely NO air coming out from there! Links; Dyno Graph up tomorrow...
  16. Too late now....
  17. Yeah we applied it with a proper spray gun But I think it is just that what you are talking about
  18. Will pay next Thursday... feeling a bit poor at the moment with all these parts/tune/stuff coming out
  19. We were experimenting with this clear-coat resin last night... not entirely sure how it works but apparently it's 100% clear and seals the finish forever. Claimed to be fuel; oil and other liquid resistent as wel as being hammer proof We did some tests on a few small items; will let it cure properly for 2 days then see the results. If it works; then my engine bay will be given the treatment - sick of cleaning with kero all the time.
  20. How much was the call out detail and what did it include?
  21. Here it is currently: http://satan.p5.org.uk/modification.html NB: HKS Actuator not purchased/installed yet - no time. NB: New EBC also on the way to solve boost issue.
  22. Waz; *politely* S-A-T-A-N-I-C Cheers Bro! 666DAN; would've been more; just need a nice boost controller or someone who knows how to use the Hybrid EBC properly then I should be closer to Abo's number!
  23. Update; satanic is now on 225.31rwkw @ 10psi Note: satanic
  24. Yeah was discussing the use of a manual boost controller as a "test" measure over lunch today... think I might give that a go.
  25. Actually this is a bit easier: http://satan.p5.org.uk/modification.html Everything on that list is in there... except the HKS Actuator which I didn't get enough time to order/install.
