  1. Negative on cage; double DIN surround or climate control (speaking on behalf of myself and Adam) - triple gauge cluster available. I'm personally also interested in the part number for that double DIN surround.
  2. Depends what you mean by machining... you can machine the head and it won't do anything (think changing head gasket) That's my understanding of it anyway...
  3. Went out for lunch about an hour ago; walked onto York Street in the CBD to be greeted by a Black Hawk roaring down the street about 100m above... Fascinating sight no doubt about that; but the noise!!! I want one Anyways; walking down the street seeing everyone looking up was kinda funny too - at least 3 people walked into each other Anyone got news on who, what or why?
  4. No PM received Mind sending again?
  5. What car did it come out of; and what would it cost to have Quiktrack install it in another car?
  6. Was up in the Gong yesterday having lunch - spotted a few lines up there (JAS25T was one). *ANGRY* some moron decided to hit a motorcyclist on the main road causing a massive traffic jam. Cops diverted traffic into some carpark and exited via a dirt ramp!!! 34 = no good on loose dirt Cops not happy; cops got impatient; cops had no choice but to let me drive around & through the accident scene. Poor motorcyclist guy; RIP
  7. So it's the 33GTR Radiator ehh? Interesting; thanks heaps for that information Pete! *picks up phone*
  8. Will confirm if the suspension is still available and post back up today!
  9. The navigator will actually work better on the non-V Pro versions of the F-CON as you will be able to EDIT stuffz. I'm pretty sure the wiring harness would be the same for all the F-CON version.
  10. I got the Navigator just to be "complete" if you get what I mean...
  11. If you can find one for $300 then I'd jump on it... I got my one brand new for $500 which is about $150 what HKS in Australia can supply it for. It's good for monitoring; knowing your injector duty; boost; water temp; RPM; speed; knock and unfortunately on the V Pro that's all it's good for... The LCD screen could've done with an upgrade to say A'Pexi AVCR Style - too dull to see clearly during the day/night. *could just be my eyes* Overall; I was under the impression that you could use it to tune the V Pro; or even at least set the A/F Correction Value but nope - not on ours. Hopefully later on
  12. I'm running version 3.24 which is the latest as far as I know
  13. Those plugs are used for plugging in other HKS peripherals such as the Knock Amp etc etc... there are a few other goodies that you can get for the F-CON. There is also a rumor going around that the ECU can be used to control other things such as water spray, NOS etc so maybe that's the extra controller for it. Those numbered switches on the front panel of the ECU are for selecting the maps you want to run
  14. I think you need to replace your pulleys...
  15. LOL thanks 2rismo
  16. Mashrock n John; the Navigator Pro cannot be used for tuning purposes on the F-CON V Pro. I too have read the reviews and speculation on the UK forums but unfortunately it's all bullshit. How do I know? I have a Navigator Pro and all it does is monitoring of the system vitals. You can only use it to tune the F-CON S and SZ - and with those; it's only a small amount of tuning, not the entire map. Also; the two holes out back is the tuning port and the comms port - looks like a phone socket ehh? F-CONs are the way to go; they wouldn't be worth so much if they were "just a piggy back". I had a look at the world's 10 fastest GTRs and I think 7/10 were using the V Pro system (in some cases two of them)
  17. What's the most common trigerring system of NOS on Skylines these days? Are people using the "arm & fire" system more or the throttle body butterfly switch method? I've seen both on two totally different cars... I guess the second option would be good for the drag/track? Less to think about and the NOS would only be used at a specific opening threshold of the throttle body???
  18. I'll see if I can get around to doing it... no promises though.
  19. Between $150 to $350 depending on condition... Going rate these days seems to be under $500 for the front two seats so it's all up to the condition of the seats for sale I guess.
  20. If the shooting goes anywhere near the Northern Beaches; I'll be in! Can also hook up the following: Silvia S14.5 Mazda RX3 Mazda RX7 Mazda R100 Skyline R32GTR x 2 Ford XR6Turbo Silvia S14 x 2 Skyline R33 x 1,000,000
  21. They make cam gears? Wasn't aware of this... Throw me a part number; I'll check with them...
  22. I got one of these; as do quite a lot of owners on this forum - the humming noise is normal from what everyone says. It's not a constant hum more like an intermitant hum that happens every "cycle"
