  1. 1.36.7 on Pirelli 305 slicks. Not good to hear what your mate did, hopefully he's paying for it. What front bar do you think you will use instead?
  2. never used semis with the 2.8lt engine, only used slicks. I have spoken to people that have used slicks and advan Ao50's and they say there's nothing in it, one said that the Ao50 was slightly faster but until we try it ourselves i am unsure of this. Was looking forward to seeing your car this year too.

  4. Lol no ones quivering unless your from tassie. Our aim is a 1.29-1.31 and not blow anything up. We will be there on wed that week to do some testing as the cars never been on that track and may only achieve 2.00 flat.

  6. Only one damaged, needs to be pulled apart to know exactly what is the issue. Other turbo is working fine. Only reason for not fixing it up and putting it back on car is we have gone to a single conversion set up. Only track use, bout 20 track days in total at 21 pound max boost, last track day when it blew was 26 pound for 2 laps.

  9. price drop turbos now 500 Gtr32 cold air intake polished kit with apexi pods, 200 White line sway bar 50 Factory g sensor. 180 Power steering pump and reservoir 80 Oil catch can and breather kit, 200 Apexi turbo timer 20 Hks blow off valves, told they are sqv, need a clean though. 200 Tomei cams A2691N stamped, told they are 260 9.15 lift. 500 Standard plenum with throttle bodies. 200

  11. Picked up a second hand merc electric power steering pump to replace the standard one, less mess and lighter, Bc use these on their race cars.
  12. Will drop the turbos to 800 And hks blow off valves to 200,trying to price things to sell quickly and open for offers if they seem to much. If purchasing pick up is from Melbourne 9-5 business hours availability, or I can send items anywhere at your cost. These parts were off my old engine and set up and aren't being used with the new set up. All parts are in working order and good condition unless specified like the turbo for example, thought that might help as I'm getting many emails asking. Cheers guys.

  14. Purchased new from rhd Japan all up with taxes and deliver was 1278 a year ago, think its little more now, $1000 sounds good I guess. Never used sitting in a ripped up box. I can send more photos of it when I return to melb if required for viewing.

Selling off lots of parts as building up a new engine and car out of my gtr32 Garrett 2860 -10's with standard dump pipes I believe they are, one is damaged at last track day, looks like it needs a new core, exhaust compressor housing but haven't pulled it apart. $900 Splitfire coil pack hardly used but had it for some time. 300 Gtr32 cold air intake polished kit with apexi pods, 300 White line sway bar. 100 Factory g sensor. 250 Power steering pump and reservoir 100 Oil catch can and breather kit, 300 Apexi turbo timer 40 Hks blow off valves, told they are sqv, need a clean though. 270 Tomei cams A2691N stamped, told they are 260 9.1 lift. 500 Standard plenum with throttle bodies. 250 Ignition coil pack 100 Driftworks solid conversion bushes- s13/r32 to s14/r33/r34, these are brand new in box direct from uk unused, paid over 200 to get em, 100 Abs unit also for sale but not sure on price yet.   18. We are Cryogenic freezing the engine block and parts which takes about a week to do, I have done all the research I could do on this subject but still have no idea if this works or not. I am taking the word from stu as he has previously done this, and says that the engine components wear less than those that haven't been done. Any thoughts from readers following are welcome??? Any engine builders reading feel free to jump in.
  19. Nitto 2.8 kit recently released, that durafinish crank looks sweet.
  20. Engine is awaiting a plennum which will need some love from stu, head has been completed. I haven't had an engine to this degree before so it was interesting to hear and learn the work involved. Bout 50 hours to get the head ported and polished. Lucky our sponsor is an engine builder
