Sydneykid. I been advised for street use (daily drive), front toe out would be a pain due to tramlining, slight instability under braking and scuffing in inside of front tyres. But I'll see how it goes with more toe in on rear when I put new tyres on. I had Whiteline sway bar there but found them to make handling worse and exacerbated inside rear wheel lift, so went back to stocky on front and none on rear. I'll put the rear one back on with polyurethane bushes on both front and rear to stiffen up a bit as I sold the Whiteline sway bars. Subframe bushes sounds good. grepin is in the process of puting them on so I'll get a idea from him. Anyone else with +ve experiences with subframe bush replacements? Thanks guys.

Yep time for new rubber and I have grippy stuff in garage waiting to go on the rear. Only slight turn-in understeer at middling speeds, OK at high speeds. I mean weight transfer to outside rear mid corner with or with out power on. I'm thinking the -12deg castor might be inducing the inclined roll axis so I might drop it to -7 odd deg

Suspension mods: Front. - Bilstein shocks (basic type, yellow colour) - King Springs (200lb linear I think, no idea of heights) - Offset polyurethane castor bushes - Stock Sway Bars - Shock tower brace in engine bay - Tyres are 18" 235 Bridgestone S03s Angles: -2deg camber, -12deg castor, 1mm toe in Rear. - Bilstein shocks (basic type, yellow colour) - King Springs SP version (160-200lb progressive, no idea of heights, bit low though) - Offset polyerethane camber bushes upper and lower arms - Full R33 GTR rear bracing setup at back end of boot and across rear shock towers - No sway bar - Locally designed HICAS lock kit with full mechanical replacement and rose joints - Tyres are 18" 265, very hard and 85% bald Faulkens Angles: -1deg camber, 0mm toe in Main problems I have: - Very slight understeer - Bad oversteer mid corner with or without power on - Can really feel a change in dynamics when weight transfers to the rear - Inside rear wheel sometimes lifts off ground, particularly slow sharp corners Took rear sway bar off to try and fix rear wheel lift and oversteer problem but made no difference. I also need new tyres I know but it's has been like this for a long time. Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Mate that's a nice size. That exhaust housing is the same as mine and look at the size difference in the exhaust wheel going by what HASN'T been machined out of my housing: Look forward to the results.

I just sold my front bar to Dineth. Organised through Air Road Direct, 1300 555 450. I just wrapped it up in bubble wrap and they picked it up this morning no worries. All paid for by Dineth in Melbourne.

I wish I hadn't asked, full of rednecks, dills and yobbos from what I've seen.

Guys, Car won't start, confirmed that it is fuel delivery, no delivery with fuel filter hose off and no priming sound when you turn ignition on. Fuel pump fuse OK. Anyway, other than the pump now kapput, it might be the relay, so can some please tell me where it is? By the way, it's an in-tank Bosch 044 that's been in there for approx 4.5 years without a single issue. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, may as well go the whole hog and cut a few extra holes behind the front wheel arches, HK Monaro style, for better brake cooling as well! Glad to help.

Yeah, my question as well re Nismo thermostat. From the way my motor behaves with the stock thermo, the specs you mention above are spot on. I have Microtech so water and air inlet temps on display. My motor does tend to spike in water temp too fast for my liking so if Nismo thermo helps then all the better. I have Nismo water pump and that also helped alot.

Spotted a Silver R33, almost wooooped me up the arse from behind as I took off (quite normally) from the lights on Greenhill Rd tonight. Has a paired exhaust, sounded nice, but pretty slow when he decided to blast past......

Yeah I spotted that ......Hopeless again! He got back to me today and they are 3", not 3.5" as advertised. Called around and an exhaust place in the CBD can source one from Walker direct believe it or not, approx $100.....we'll see.

Years ago I removed the centre rezzy/muffler from my R33 and therefore only have the rear muffler. It's been fine up to now as I was not driving it much, other than weekend blasts etc. Now I will be driving through the city everyday and as the car is damn load I'll no doubt be booked. I had a look around a couldn't find any 3.5" centre rezzys/mufflers, exhaust shops were hopeless. Do you guys know where I can get one? Thanks in advance.

I think you'll find Boostwork simply use Nisspeed for engine rebuilds. Nisspeed have done alot of RB25DETs over the years......not mine .....yet
