prices sounds good inark. although my current position prevents me from modding the car until about april/may. as of now im prolly leaning more towards keeping the car as i'll eventually get the turbos that i want anyway. and i know what my cars been through and i know for sure that im gonna have to fork out and extra ~ $4000 - $5000 to do the swap. i reckon i get about the same performance for my car with that amount?!??! newer car also sounds good though... eh......

while looking for coolers i came across an R33 GTR and the dude that owns it says that he wants an R32 GTR and if would consider a swap, we can work it out. so what does everyone reckon? trade or not trade? i would imagine though that i have to pay a bit extra... but it shouldnt be much. R33 mods - white, cat back exhaust, mines ecu, profec b boost cont., twin GT2530 turbos, rebuilt engine to std specs, volk 3 piece 18" racing rims. interior and exterior is clean as, except for some dust and cobwebs. ?????????????

hey mick did you base your torque splitter on the autospeed design or is this one of your own designs? sounds very interesting!

i can bring a lappy for the extra storage if any of you need..

haha... i live about 5mins away from there... i go there sometimes to buy a cheeseburger and small fries but i dont make it a habit as theres usually cops there...

well i guess the 2 most important things.... 1. boost -> for turbos only of course... but i have seen them in na cars as well if you see that you boost over the limit, your soon to break something. 2. oil pressure -> you have no oil pressure, no oil circulating around the engine to lubricate and cool. no pressure means your soon to break something. feel free to add/modify.. heh

steering wheel *just* out of range. depends on where you put your hands tho. if your left hand holds your wheel at the 9 o'clock pos then yes. but if your left hand is on the gear knob, your right hand on the 12 o'clock pos and your leaning towards the middle then you will see it no probs! mine's only an oil press gauge tho, so i only glance at it now and then...

uas (www.nismo.com.au) or jms (www.japanesemotorsport.com.au) have some... approx 70 bux for dble. dunno if its a good idea if you want to get those pillar thingies tho... coz i used to have one (a double) to fit my oil press and boost gauge and it made a bit of a blind spot. not so bad but still annoying. and of course the probs with cops. ended up getting rid of it. check out my pic. all i did was just buy the cup and bracket set (mines a 2" gauge) and used the existing screw to put it into place. crappy pic... will take better ones in the morn. nice and stealth... well almost... and not easily seen from the outside.

bullsheet they insure gtr's! i called em how many times, including quoting my policy number on other insured items thru them when i first got my car and they keep telling me 'no we cant insure your car... sorry.' and i was a rating 1 back then too. bunch of pewfs.

ahhhh...... thanks for that... but i thought they were the seat belt pre-tensioner thingies that help keep your seat belts 'proper fitting'?

just found a plug under the seat (driver and pass.) that doesn't connect to anything... was pulled out i guess. where does it go? what does it do when connected?

the r32+r33 keys are the same but the r34 key is different... last time i checked out the r34 key it was from makspeed for about $140... damn expensive! and yes the r34 key kicks ass!

jetspeed in melb sell those boomerang alarms when i was asking around. approx $700 for the unit itself or ~$1100 fully installed. prices are just a guess though. dunno how much they are now... oh my key also came with my car
