  1. ooh its been updated! good work!
  2. n0 pr0bs! motul dot 5.1 brake fluid is $25 for 500ml
  3. went to race brakes the other day (on racecourse rd)... they have motul 10w/40 fully synth oil 5ltrs for $40... thats a good buy. they also have a whole lot of other fluids there too... good prices
  4. ummmm....catching up on my good old friend called sleep after visiting mr. johnny walker
  5. tuning cancelled until next week.... was gonna be sunday......eh..............................
  6. well in that case, i would be about 80/20 in favour of buying it.... as for the monster tacho, i guess its just personal preference, same as brand... all aftermarket gauges that i bought are all autometer and ivee had nothing wrong with them... damn those jap brand ones are damn expensive!!
  7. wow 300+ for a TT. sure they look cool but the novelty soon wears off. i reckon a basic TT from jaycar (~$30) and spend the rest on engine mods.... eg/ strut brace, cam gears, etc.
  8. everything else standard except for: - 10 psi - 3" cat back - PFC on the 23/01/02 @ ART 4WD dyno 180.2kw on the 6/7/02 @ ICE 2WD dyno 180rwkw - additions are pods. i dont think anyone in melb does laptop tuning... i thought it was just the convenience of tuning by laptop instead of the HC, but all options, etc are still the same?
  9. they do HC tuning. mine shouldnt take that long coz its only a light tune... dunno about 2hrs @ $200? on the last dyno day i went to they only charged me $100 for a light tune, so their prices are good.
  10. this saturday ice are having a tuning sesh. i'm going down there to get my car tuned again to compensate for a few mods that i just added. they dyno up at bayswater which is a 2wd dyno.
  11. mine started to play up too. i installed an autometer one on a t-piece so my orignal one still worked. found out that it was my original sender which was faulty as it hardly ever moved, but the autometer one would move exactly according to the workshop manual specs...
  12. officially they are called N1 front bar slots. i wouldn't mind getting those as a later addition to my car... they arent too much either. UAS quotes $100 for the fibreglass ones for an R32, which is cheap.... oh and of course fitting, dunno how much for that though... hehehe speed holes... from the simpsons!
  13. i think it may be some sort of factory option. coz the video i got shows the r32 normal and the vspec with no speed holes.... hehehe speed holes....
  14. those are for that little extra air to force onto a front mount inter.... and they look the goods too!
  15. umm...... umm..... look over there -> /me runs away.... hehehe
  16. nah, you dont want that car! i've tried really hard to fool ya into thinking its a real one! i saw those digicams. they are about 700 - 800 bux coz that new version has come out, so should be a good buy. i'll see if i can host them pics...apparently i have no quotas...
  17. hehe thanks! mine. hey shan, that digicam of yours is mad! what brand is it? features? etc?
  18. ahh... thanks for the replies... what about whiteline suspension? anyone have any comments on their range of suspension parts? i had a look at their prices and the works kit doesnt sound too bad... problem is the car gets lower a bit... i really wanna retain the stock height...
  19. ummmmm......no. hehe
  20. what kind of features does the radios have to have so they can be 'useful'? i checked out one the other day, the uniden uh-040xr from tandy, which was only $78 on special. i know nothing about these radios and stuff
  21. pffft....thats like old news man! hehehe i got that same r34 on my tamiya 1/10 scale car but in the classic blue colour, with white rims...ran a scaled down quater mile of 10.4 seconds! hehe lol
  22. thats the one for the civic ex/integra gsr (for the american market)... the other one i got is for the rx7... i don't think anyone has got the one for the rb series in english...
  23. i know what you mean... and if you still have that stock cooler on then you will need it for sure... doesnt matter, no rush, you got 5 months or thereabouts to install a water spray or some sort.
  24. i dont really know if i should buy it... the water spray thingie really is only effective on hot summer days AND also when your moving...or else it just gets hot. i guess its peace of mind knowing that you can lower the temp on those hot days, and also for small inefficient coolers. autospeed also have a pressure switch and jaycar have some other things too...make look into it when summer starts coming around. dont really need it for winter
  25. i got that water spray thing happening. did you notice those two brass nozzles just underneath my number plate INASNT? for now its only a manual sprayer but will eventually go to a full auto system in the future. go to the autospeed site and find that article about the 'intelligent water spray' or something like that. i just followed that, got those nozzles, and the water pump from holden and just went to the wreckers and found a water container that fit just right. water pump: $40 nozzles: ~ $30 each some hose to hook it up: $5 switch for manual operation: $5 water container: $10 more denser air for you turbo: priceless if we have a meet or something soon, i can show it to ya, and the nozzles have got a fine mist spray too.
