  1. Why not consider the 300zx TT gearbox. Call Mv automatics they do a adaptor to go vg30 to rb25 and retain over drive and will build you a nice box to suit your requirements.
  2. Sorry not an easy fix I added a 2nd breather to the inspection plate on the top of the gearbox never seen another drop of smurfs blood from either breather again.
  3. I got a second hand set from a motor I parted out 100$ and I'll cover freight. Pm if your interested
  4. To get some heat in the tyres how about starting the car while rolling so it goes into 2wd limp mode and do a 'short' burnout then switch the engine off then on then complete the pass?
  5. Had the same issue with a set of id2000 and a tomei rail to fix it i machined off a small amount from adaptor to suit the rail was quite annoying was hoping for a plug and play fit..
  6. 260 10.2mm 270 inlet 10.2 tomei cams exhaust. Ces dumps with long wastegate pipes. Blitz I-colour.
  7. Sorry actually missed that on the bottom left the shoot 4 is what the dyno is currently set in and the 6f in the details is what the run was done in.
  8. Congratulations mate what a monster. 500hp by 120kph I'm only at 300 at 120kph. 2.8 goodness there.. Only way iv ever make 500 at those rpm was holding the wastegates shut and ran 32psi yours is making all that power at low boost great work.. Do you have any plans of running it at the strip?
  9. Went 2 & 1 to bring the ratio of inlet to exhaust closer together..
  10. Built the engine back in 2004 and didn't know any better at the time looking back its definately an over kill for such small turbos but oh well..
  11. Iv been considering returning to stock airbox to till I noticed one of my plastic turbo to afm pipes completely chewed up by a hungry possum in the shed wasn't fn happy.. If I get time in the next few months I'll return it to stock and re test id prefer the stock look.
  12. Apexi pods and hurting spool helping top end. Before the latest mods it's a pretty normal figure 400kw on 98 for a nicely built 26 with stock valves always thought something may have been holding it back considering the amount of head work iv had done. "Clearly" shoot 4??
  13. Yep close about 4300 on pump but I think around 3800 on e85. I still believe my +2mm Exhuast valves effect spool a bit... Not only was it a smallish outlet on the manifolds but there could have been a nasty square edge in the mix aswell I really should've matched it up earlier but got lazy...
  14. Shootout 6f and strapped down as per normal and wasn't leaving the rear roller but regardless all the little improvements should've help so the strip should show something..
  15. Actually stock manifolds that I got UAS to get extrude honed back 2004 been 100% reliable so far. The exits of the manifolds were slightly larger than normal definately alot smaller than the gasket size which it is now. Got e85 and toluene/pump testing to go so will see how far we can keep pushing the low mounts.
  16. Closer inspection was almost identical boost pressure but only 395kw on this particular run. I ran 131mph on 395kw so will see in a few weeks if it turns in mph.. Changes that could account for the gains were opening up stock manifolds and port matching everything. Removing unused 02 sensors from the very small split dump entries. Repairing front turbo outlet pipe which was squashed after i got to it with a hammer to make some clearance from the rocker cover due to a miss allignment of the front compressor housing and i CBF pulling the turbo off.. So bring on willowbank i can finally start working on getting my times down without getting asked to leave every visit..
  17. Decided it was time i did some proper port matching on the twins and open up the exits of the manifold while i was there. Looks like it payed off i went from 405rwkw to 430 on 1 psi less boost using 98octane at 23psi. Check out how flat my boost curve is.
  18. Chasing a damaged drivers side 33gtr head light to repair a xenon. I mainly need the bracket that bolts to the radiator support panel ontop of the headlight looking to plastic weld one back on if possible.. If you got anything let me know cheers
  19. Yep Varun is running my old dog box the 600awhp holiday is over. lol
  20. Pretty much looks like the day i sold it.. Only drove the car once after i purchased it but was acting up so couldnt really say.. Good luck with the sale
  21. Purchase a GTX and ill carry out some back to back tests on my 1200 drag car. hta will gtx
  22. I dont sorry.. Everything was in and running when i purchased the car though.
  23. Correction it was actually fitted to my 33GTR when i purchased it back in 2004. Setup had a few thousand km's use if that.
