  1. 95vspec 33GTR Motor built by JHH, Tuned by PITS and spanner work done myself... Internals: N1 Block cryo'd Brand new crank fully polished and cryo'd Argo's and Je piston's Tomie oil pump and sump extension. 1.5mm restrictor, external drain to sump. 1.2mm hks gasket arp head studs big port job full ferra valve train, double spring, titanium retainers, 1mm+ inlet valves, 2mm+ exhausts ect ect... tomei cams 260in 10.2mm 270ex 10.2mm, adjustable cam gears. Big fuel sytem POWERFC pro and split fires Hks 2530's on extrude honed standard manifolds (UAS) CES Race dumps with extra long wastegate pipes and full stainless 4inc system(CES). PPG straight cut dog box upgraded input & mainshaft Jim berry clutch solid centre modified exceddy single plate pull type (drives amazing for solid centre) 586hp dyno sheet was done the same day as run .083 (PITSsheet) which was 550hp. .093 was 1month later just before we added the tolulene .098 was run with 33% tolulene mixed with ultimate tune didn't change just added 5degrees and turned the boost controller to flat out.. (wastegates need more pre load).......... Upgraded from the hks actuators to gcg 22psi units, more tunning soon.... EDIT. Bit more tunning today. very happy with the way it drives now as i didn't get to drive it last time with the tolulene only dyno it.. Today with the 586 tune we added 33% tolulene to 98 with no extra boost and made 605hp then i add the extra 5degress and then went 648.7hp. Its amazing what a couple extra degress will do.. Ryan.

  4. You should note sprys dyno used to read very very low. he has had it calibrated within the las 4-5months but 12moths ago i made 460whp at PITS then went straight (same day) onto a brand new shootout mode dyno and put down 530 in my gtr...
  5. i stretched my standard pipes to suit my z32's after upgrading from the nismo's.... my tunner PITS much prefers z32's over nismo's he said z32's tune up alot easier and quicker but i guess that's was just his opion...
  6. You need to get your hands on the manual that comes with the wastegates it tells you the length you need to set the rods at.... On my gtr from memory for the 1.2bar setting it was 150mm from the back of the wastegate bracket to the centre of hole where it hooks onto the wastegate itself....
  7. I hav a grex cooler kit mounted in front of the blow valve on my 33gtr... i had to convert to greedy type r as the standard bov's would hav needed to be modified (re bracketed and chopped) to fit the cooler in place....

  10. Decided to go big single on my Gtr... All of this gear has had less than 7000kms use, 3500 run in and 3500k's at 22pound... 1. hks 2530's with adjustable wastegate's bought brand new from nengun both always run with a inline oil filters. VGC $3200 paid $4200 13months ago 2. UAS extruded honed exhaust manifold's with black hpc coating.. 2x standard heat sheilds also hpc coated silver.. VGC $500 3. CES race dump's with extra long wastegate pipes with hpc coating in black, full stainless front y pipe from dumps to cat ending in 4inc. VGC $1350 paid $2000 4. Trust hard pipe kit only used for 1000k's with unused trust air cleaners to suit z32 afms. VGC $900 Car made 585rwhp with this setup on a fully built motor but now it's time for more so its all up for sale.. Ryan
  11. input shaft is much bigger so u need to upgrade clutch plate with gtst spline. bell housing are also different so you will need to get an adaptor made.. option 1 garage in brisbane hav done such a conversion...
  12. had the same problem with my 800's on my gtr... you hav to actually modify the injector slightly... get a stanley knife and trim of the two slot from either side of the injector where your plug slides down... you now can turn the plug around the right way...
  13. I think you should fix the problem you had with the motor you made 591hp and 10.8 cause it's not your everyday rb25.... i really think it was a freak motor and dont think you will be able to do it again with another standard donk thats just insane amounts of power.....

Dont waste your time with the apexi evc i hav it and had nothing but problems with it so its now wired fully open.. spend the extra cash and get yourself a legal exhaust system.. best iv seen are CES exhaust systems in brisbane.. they will hav a system in stock to suit your car and guarentee legal db's and 20+kw gain...

  16. Made 450hp at matt's then ran it on a shootout mode dyno and went 525hp.. so its a little out...
  17. had similar problem with my 33gtr.... cas has two outputs one spark and the other for injector... we had spark but no injector pulse so i didnt even think of checking the cas.. 2 days passed trying to sort out this problem myself till we called in autosparky and fixed it in 1/2 hour... just hooked up his scan tool and we realised no output on the injector side......

I hav an apexi ecv with elec controller.. took my exhaust (100mm) on a gtr from 105db at 5000 dowm to 92db to clear a defect that i recieved... the valve will only work with it 100% shut... i really didnt like putting that much of restriction on the engine... the motor just didnt feel right driving with it fully closed. then comes the problem with it closing up at high rpm... everything was fine until we started running over 15psi and now we cant keep it from closing up and still hav the use of the electronic controller.... we added extra spring tension to it but affects the controller it attemps to operate the flap and cant so it goes into error a mode... we cant find a happy medium so at the moment its wired fully open and will stay that way...
  19. M8 is getting old now.. unless your getting is real cheap power fc is so much easier and will tune better with the 6 throttle body's unless your only after wide open throttle driving... Id be finding out what the m8 doesnt hav compared to the newer m400 m600 m800 series and is it as easy to tune as the new models...
  20. i third jhh.. iv got 2 of his engines a ca18 and rb26.. never had a drama with any of his work.. we pump 2bar into the ca18 on pump fuel wihtout any issues.. in my opion his one of the best around qld.....
  21. gtr700 is that car up and running again? i thought it was turning out 1350hp not 1500... 1500 must be the new number.... not sure if you follow the gtr.uk site but i dont think its been quite that easy.. i wonder what 1238hp in total size turbocharger will lag too? something like 8000-8500 going to be interesting tho....

What i was getting at was reliabilty... 510cu making 900 may last for 5years but a 25or26 making 1238 may last one track meeting or one dyno event. which is why i said hope you hav heaps of cash for freshen up's or total rebuilds when something lets go 1238hp in total... lets find out hey.....
  23. Unless your removing the 25 and installing 510cube v8 how long do you expect a small capacity engine to last with that sort of power? hope you hav heaps of cash for rebuilds....
