  1. i dont want to talk about it
  2. shiiiit, that wasnt a bad skid brus.........why dont you tell them about the one when we were going backwards lol
  3. what a excellent weekend. if there were a few things i could have changed it would have been the heat and the bloody mozzies at night. we were camping on turn 5 so got to watch the drifters link a few corners which was great. had 4 cruise sessions on friday and had a blast with some nankangs on the rear. serious 3rd gear skids. saturday was busy and only got two runs, but did some off street drags which was funny, started in second and turned tyres most of the way, just couldnt stick it. second cruise run on saturday was awesome as i was 3rd car out, so by turn 2 i had a clear track and really got to push, what a fantastic track. picked up 5th down the main straight, so much for 130klmh speed limit lol. put a the semis back on for sunday and was able to keep corner speed up which was good but lots of traffic. missed last session due to rain. no breakages or issues, car didnt miss a beat. ill post vids tonight. thanks to sean and doof & nytsky for saying hi.
  4. all this organising is bullshit, camp site, camper-van, bbq, gas, sleeping bag, air matress, fridge, food, drink, lights, and thats got nothing to do with what i need for the car lol. looking forward to it now, cruising up straight after work on thursday to set up and scruitaneer.
  5. nice work brother, fits nicely, and doesnt leak, well the front half of the car anyway. who was the brainchild behind mounting the injectors like that? he must be very clever...............you would think he had done it before lol, with less hassle though. maybe he should get a job designing top feed injector kits for rb25......oh wait they already are available. whats that, they dont fit........you have to remove the intake runners and modify the seats, no-way. now lets boost this eco-friendly monster.
  6. OK, so in regards to rear toe, i was under the impression that toe in, say 1.5mm+ was what was recommended for rear stability...so have i mis-understood?
  7. are you sure 76mm of gate will be enough lol, very nice Dane, will be even better once you have somethng to bolt it too.... hope you get it running soon, you deserve it.
  8. Roy nominated you for de-flowering.
  9. not all true......loved the 35 and also the silver 33 gtr, all the imports for that matter, except the fat toyota lol.......but the Camaro could just bag em up for fun.
  10. dude, you are so asking the wrong people. the builder and the tuner are the people to ask as mentioned, FYI, pistons and rods dont make power, and the fact you have cam gears asks the questions on whether you have stock cams. a standard internalled rb25 with bolt on mods is capable of making 300kw atw. this is usually achieved at 20 psi through a gt35/40
  11. think he wants to know if the line requires a restricter in it, the answer is no, the restricter should be in the bearing cartridge of a bb turbo
  12. depends on what you want to spend......but speedflow are the better quality fitting. Motorsport connections or Hardimans as well as revolution race gear can supply. Breather cans usually require -10an or -12an fittings and hose. Rocket industries carry earls, and are a good cheaper alternative and in most cases will do the job.
  13. some shots i got under ians tution, note this was my first lesson. there are more but take too long to upload.
  14. may have fit without mods lol........got manifold off yet???
  15. those crewmans are renowned for hurting transmissions when your not towing.........id be making myself well aware of this issue before doing an interstate pull.
  16. approved helmet, long sleeve shirt, pants, car in roadworthy state, fire extinguisher
  17. me..........hold on
  18. Bell are making helmets for RPM and are sold at revolution race gear for around $400. As stated they are made by Bell Europe. For the odd track day they would be perfect. I still went with a Bell myself as it was a little lighter and the hardware was better quality but double the price.
  19. i run my sender in te oil filter re-locator block.
  20. i think the boys were refering to real race cars lol......no seriously Jas thats a great effort to get her that skinny.
  21. x2, this is no club track day, its should be lookd apon as the Mecca of our motorsport events. I will be entering probably next year after i get some track time around EC. Marlin if there are some open practice days id be happy to bring the skyline up as i too would like to get a few laps around there.
  22. i actually got some decent pics thanks to some tuition. il get them up soon.

  24. Congratulations on another successful SAU day........second time the weather has tried it on but we pushed through it......but if you told me this morning that i would come back sunburnt this arvo i would have laughed. I would like to mention what a fantastic group of people this club has and even as a spectator/helper today i still had a great time due to the great people around. also want to mention that we have some very talented drivers, one of whom i was lucky enough to have a skid with today, and they are great people out of the car. Bring on the next event.......hopefully one i can compete in lol. PS Chevys rule.....
