You will need the turbo for the upgrade, dont throw it away or anything, they use your housings. If you dont want it ill buy it.

The only tyre that comes in a 17 is a 275/40/17. big tyre,

If we get enough buyers, ill see what we can get a set for, may not be as cheap as the smaller tyres, but still should be discounted.

We run Gt 30/40 on a couple of customer cars, very streetable and make 285kw at the tyres. would be ample. If you are looking for something a little different you could go a GT35/66R-SPL. Its got a0.8ar front cover, 66mm comp wheel and the choice of .63, .82 & 1.06 exhaust housings. This is a single upgrade for RB26. Im installing this setup in a GTR next week, let you no how it goes.

Dont know of anybody who hi-flows and retains the ceramic rear wheel. Defeats the purpose. GCG highflow consists of new cartridge and wheels (obviously) uses existing housings but profiles comp cover to suit larger compressor wheel.

Hi everyone, Ive been reading several threads and keep coming across the same problem for alot of different people being wheelspin. Not sure if guys that are new to drag racing are aware of the street radial and the advantages of using them. Im going to do a little experiment next wednesday night with Mona's car. Compare this weeks sixty foot times on a street tyre to next week on Mickey Thompson Street Radials. Ill post results on wednesday night. All going well we should be able to organise a group buy for those who are interested. If we oreder 5 or more sets, shold be abel to save $40 a tyre. Usually retail for $290 each. If anybody is interested in a group buy for MT street radials let me know, they are usually $290 a tyre but i reckon if i buy 5 sets at least we should be able to get them for $250. They come in a few sizes, most common for skyline etc is 255/50/16, there is a smaller set 235/50/15 but im not sure on availability on Nissan 15" rims. Alot of Commodore drivers use this size.

Adrian, Buster, Pauly D, as much as id hate too admit, this sounds like the RB25 version of the book, and it also has the sideline comments from people ive never seen at the track. this is big - But Adrian is still the best driver ever - and the best looking by far.

Im not going to buy into that argument, but in watching the runs I think its fair to say that on this occasion it might have been more driver inexperience rather than the car. the car sounds really snappy, im sure it will go fast, I think you should run it a few more times before you start making drastic changes as you really dont have any data to go off as you really didnt do a clean pass. dont stress, ive had customers that have had 10+ runs in a day before they got it all right. Be patient, it will happen.
