  1. try horsepower in a box website im pritty sure the have std size pistons to suit a rb20 but they are forgies
  2. ive got a super cheap 2500kg jack which i got at a crash and dent sale for $50 the box was water damaged they retail for $150 and they are well worth the money and u can jack the car up nice and high
  3. u can use a trimatic auto get it tricked up with bigger clutches and manual valve body there is a custom bellhousing that u can get to make it fit to a rb series engine these autos will handle the power that u need when built right and the good thing is u dont have to worry about the auto ecu as they dont have one

  5. i do rb conversions into silvias and ive never had a problem using this switch to turn on and off twin thermo fans and all the cars i have done have never got hot
  6. and yet another emergencey department in the hospital is about to close down but i ask mr beetie hmmmm lets see put all fund and all stops on the hoon bullshit or pay doctors the right money or allocate more money to keep hospitals open that go on a witch hunt with speedstars but funding more money to hospitals is in the too hard basket for the beetie government we go for option 2 as our pockets are lined more if we make speeding fines go up
  7. just buy a cheap ass manual oil pressure guage remove the factory oil pressure sensor hook up cheap ass oil guage in its place crank motor over (do not start)untill u get oil pressure start up car with oil guage still hooked up just monitor oil pressure guage 4 a few minutes or leave on untill warm or u feel happy switch engine off put factory oil sensor back in end of story hope this helps u out
  8. ^^^^^ if u rebuilt the engine did u pack the oil pump with vasoline this will help with oil pick up from the sump
  9. you forgot to add the manual spigot bush its not that hard to do ive done a few of these but not in a r33 ive done lot of swaps in silvias as i do rb conversion in to silvia if u can change a box in a val than u can change a box in a r33 the box is just abit bigger and heavier
  10. the only cluster difference is the boost guage isnt there with a na one there
  11. align the clutch by feel if u cant get a inputshaft put the clutch and pressure plate on so the bolts nip the 2 but u can still move the clutch. feel inbetween the flywheel and pressure plate and u will feel the clutch move it around untill it levelall the way round do the bolts up and thats it dont waste youe money on clutch alignment tool they are useless
  12. why dont u just remove the vvti and just run a normal cam gear then u can run your link ecu no problems

  14. i wouldnt bother buying a gasket from them go and see nissan for your exhaust mainifold gasket they will stock one

  18. is this rb25de engine and loom out of a r33 or r32
  19. how long have u had this conversion in the car sounds like its your m.a.f (mass air flow ) sensor is screwed or when some one did the wiring harness they either didnt hook a sensor up or its a bad connection to one of your sensors

  21. they dont lean the engine fuel mixtures out at hi rpm the ecu cuts the power to the injectors so there is no fuel to burn that why its called fuel cut are u sure its not pre ignition
  22. just a heads up you have to hook up the cat temp sensor when doing this conversion otherwise the 33 ecu goes into limp mode (this is what happened to me when i put a 25 in to a slivia and used the factory ecu)
