Sounds like its going to be a big night..... I was on my way out last week, stopped to get petrol and found that my suspension mount had snapped. Hopefully I will have more luck today..

See thats what I thought, so I now ask..... Why do they have the Supra as the picture for SRWD with 1 headlight missing...... Shouldnt they have a car that complies to the rules

didnt Ben run 9's last year in SRWD on radials but got booted because of a hood lining or something?? I dont think I will be running at my best based on last week... What has the silvia run?

Cause its a different series this time I dont think I am going to do so well at jambo, car was all over the track last wednesday.....

I was sleeping a lot because I had just driven 12 hours up to QLD and I was then driving 12 hours straight back..... Plus I dont like watching the drags, makes me sad im not racing.....

cool. Thanks Adrian, I will see if I can fit in the tent and if the weather is good I will camp there. I wonder how the rest of my pit crew will feel about it though

Can you set up a fair size area for tent, bbq and stuff? Do you camp in the pit area or it is somewhere else?

Im thinking about camping there on the saturday..... Is it really as bad as was suggested on the earlier pages?

The winner for the round in SRWD + SAWD get $800. Top qualifyer gets $200 The bikini comp winner gets $500 If you win the series in those 2 classes you get $1000.

In regards to transmissions for Street RWD. This is the reply I received from Ray: That's not a problem, as long as the trans was originally available in any type of car you can run it. i.e.. A power glide in a Supra is OK but you can't run a G-Force etc

I have to agree, This is going to be the bigger sports compact series and I dont really understand the comment about it only being recognised by the racers.... Just because its not under ANDRA doesnt mean its a lost cause. But I dont mind Adrian, just means I have 1 less person to worry about beating

No trans brake is ok, I havent got mine sorted out yet anyway. Running alcohol wont affect me either. I might see if I can afford to buy some C16 for the event and up the boost. Any other exciting changes? Adrian, are you going to enter this series?

hahahaha you make it sound like your at a disadvantage..... I probably wont get a chance to practice before the event as my axles are 3 weeks away 10.04 @ 150mph is pretty impressive.... I dont think my car has a chance going that mph. Whats the link for the rule book.... I was at the site but it didnt appear to be downloadable...
