Some advice since i was in the same position as you. Take your time and keep negotiating with their insurance company, have reasonable figure in mind and keep persisting with them. NRMA will make you an offer and send you a cheque, if your not happy with it do not bank the cheque thinking they will pay you more on top. My 32 was a write off and I wanted to keep the car. They Offered me $4.5k with another $5k if I gave them the car. Long story short 6 weeks later + alot of argueing i got $9.5k and kept the car. Goodluck Just to add you dont have to wait for his insurance to contact you, you can call them up yourself and start the claim.

Just got my car back also. Is yours WV2 silver also? Ill be changing my wheels and suspension over this weekend to my old gear then ill post new pics
