    im just replacing the manifold.. so best to do the studs also at the same time

    i plan on removing everything for him, turbo, manifold.. everything ive taken the turbo off lots of times.. lol i can remove everything in an hour easy

    its done by veilside japan.. wide body gtr kit its too fat IMO

    thanks for the advice im hand with my hands but i think this is a bit out of my league, im planning on doing a whole top mount conversion in 1 1/2 days so yeah... no time to spare

    $160 is not with studs included im getting the studs from nissan at about $1.80 each

    dave im changing the manifold to something else all together and i dont want problems down the track with it leaking.. ok looks like ill get this guy to do them 1st go right anyone know of anyone else also

    looking for a guy that can come to my house & replace the studs on the manifold.. i know anyone can do it but what im worried about is, if one snaps and im screwed, so the person who is replacing them would have to have the facilities to get a snapped stud out just in case i have already been quoted $160 from a guy out in horsby to get take out and replace all of them.. anyone know off or used someone before??? thanks guys

    i called a guy today.. he quoted me $150 to replace and fit new studs which i have to provide.. (that price is also if a stud breaks, if not price will be less) im thinking of getting him to do it to make sure its done right

    do u have a figure to what to tighten them too? and would it vary if its a no standard manifold?? also cant i just tighten the shit out off it? lol

    everythings ordered.. gasket studs rocket cover gasket and the screw washers.. dam those lil washers/grommets are pricey!! $40 for 20 seems pretty straight forward, i dont have a torque wrench though

    like this i pressume is it ok to just get nissan ones? or is there better options or will original studs do?

    changing to a trust manifold is it difficult to replace the studs?? ive never done something like that before and the engine will still be in, with everything intact apart from turbo
