  1. r33 handbrake lever is the same too , still has the horrid leather thing though.
  2. would the headgasket and valves still seal?
  3. just throw your head on a 30 then , would be fun while it lasts!
  4. im with pipster on this one , neo 25 and bolt your manifold and sensors on , they are virtually an Rb26 .
  5. that is close! , two problems there , one will be the heat from the stainless steel (or if it's ceramic coated this will not be an issue) , the other will be the engine twist on accel/decel and it hitting the floor of the car , could be fine , could be annoying!
  6. the grill you sold me has chrome inside not that shiny though! . with the paint , do the insides first , let it dry thoroughly , cover it with pallet wrap when you're putting the drive line in (less chance of scratches ) .
  7. sad day . this hoon law thing angers me to no end . stupid bitch on there explains how she isn't a 'car person' , id like to see their statistics on road fatalities , im willing to bet inattention and drugs are much higher on the fatality register. (not that i condone asshole driving, their is a time and a place ) . to me , this is just un educated brain washed police bullying .
  8. yes i know that car , it's definitely de+t , still 4 stud last time i saw it , has definitely had a hard life by the people i saw that owned it . all of the body kit was sikaflexed on and painted over , the best part about the car was the new head lights . it may be better than it was when i last saw it though . *shameless plug* i have a nice 32 sedan id sell around that money , nice tidy car
  9. What engine have you bought now beau??? Of late i've been trying to get the missuz car up to scratch ,i'm up to painting it (again) , what do you guys think , should i paint the bonnet yellow??
  10. still a bit of a work in progress , thinking i might put a yellow gtst bonnet when i paint the bar , opinions?
  11. They are the same shape (33) but the hangers are in different places
  12. Would you be interested in swapping for a r32 sedan? , vic rego but in tas lol . (it's a clean one , not an old shitter)
  13. Oooh , nice car , green is such a hard colour to find heels to match (i have a 32 4d the same colour , you should swap me )
  14. try some of that tyre in a can stuff , i forget what it's called but it's used to pump blown tyres up instead of having a spare wheel , a friend of mine did this to his symmons and they are still fine today (3 or 4 years ago) and he goes through back tyres quite often... i got my club s lip from streeter , it was expensive to bring over but imo was worth it . As for the wiring , they tuck up fairly easily once you take the guard off , but make sure you use something decent to hold it up
  15. Yeah im keen , no $ at the minute , i'll message you in a minute or so
  16. Ok , so what are the advantages of billet wheels compared to the ones on the one i have now? (just talking myself into it really, just seeing if i can justify the extra $$) the car that the turbo will be going on will be used mainly for track work so it will get a hefty work out!
  17. Would you split the front coilovers?
  18. Do you have any more info on the td06 series turbo you're now making? , i currently have a kando l2 variant un fitted , i can quite easily get rid of this turbo i have to replace with one of yours but i would love to see some results (this is to suit rb20 , so i would be needing the 8cm rear housing )
  19. Turbo choice is very critical on the little 20 , what sort of power are you chasing? , if you're not sure what power you want then do as much research as you can before spending any more hard earned! The forced induction forum is a good place to start , there's plenty of info in there about turbo and other bolt on bits that can save you thousands by learning from other peoples mistakes . Just saying (2 threads that would be a good start are the kando and hypergear threads , they are mostly for rb25 but a keen reader will find the stuff on rb20 )
  20. Sounds like a turbo seal starting to go , get the car to operating temp , then drive down a steep ish hill , report back if it blows a tonne of smoke
  21. I like the wheels on it (perhaps they are a little bit sedate, but more aggressive wheels means guard work) , imo , club s lip and Autech side skirts would be the next on the to do list outside , then stance , laurels love low
  22. Got a pic?
  23. Nice car , eta finished?
  24. impressive result still , it knocks on the door of 200rwk at 3800rpm , why does it dip again for 100rpm?
  25. poser=me? Lol . Honestly , the stuffing around would easily out weigh the price of a cefiro loom . The sensors would be easier to get than the plugs for them . I'll explain a few things for you tomorrow when im less tired , too long of a weekend for a big long post!
