  1. just jap have 5 stud conversion hubs for s13/c33/a31 knuckles which make life a little easier btw
  2. if you can't do the roof thingy tou wanna do , then it isn't all that difficult to weld in a new roof . I had heaps of people try and tell me that it was dodgy to weld in a new roof untill i asked them how the roof was put there in the first place... (note i haven't touched my roof yet , but i will if i ever find a roof with a sunroof (or rear cut or whatever) cheap enough)

  4. there's a thread in the main section on rb25 gearbox conversions , it tells you everything you need to know , quite easy actually , i've done it myself.
  5. s13 exhaust is too short mate , r33 fits but it's not pretty . and i think r32 air box's fit

  8. ok r32 and r33 carpet dont fit (well they do but it's not pretty) , i've dodged something up for carpet for now , but i really really need roof lining/sunvisors/plastics and a windscreen asap , i've still got plenty cash waiting!
  9. i counted : sam murrays old white one yours x 2 mine x 2 beau's (blue/purple? one), he has 2 i think , the other one might be the green one? burgandy one with the sr another blue one that lives near me green-ish one and thats all i think?
  10. pretty much a straight bolt up , i filed the holes a little being fussy (the pin that goes from the pedal to the booster) and found out they are all out a couple mill ) and braced the firewall a little

Wow targa b sounds easy after hq's , i bet it's not though!! . is there anything i should know before buying/building a car? . My plan is to take the hq to bathurst etc so i don't need to be in an australia wide class atm with any other category (although if i could afford it i would love to get into ip, or even targa a, maybe in a couple more years ).
  12. i ended up changing my master / booster with r33 items to fix the spongy brakes , requires a tiny bit of modification , but nothing a decent backyard mech can't do
  13. hey guys , i'm looking into getting into targa class (and out of hq's lol) , i'm about to purchase a car and before i make my final decision i really need to know what modifications can/can't be done to the vehicle (s) (its between 3 cars , r32 , r33 and an s13.... or the c33 i already have but i'm unsure if it's eligable? ) . can anyone help?

  15. the motor or the whole car? , i say put it together . a cheap ebay manifold will do? my updates: yellow sub is sitting at the back of a workshop collecting dust after i finished the 5spd convo, cbf with it atm , laurel got it's lag issue sorted , but still doesn't feel like 200rwk and ceffy is still in my shed getting its dent repaired , i pulled the 20 out and put it back in (was about to fit 25 but want to get it complied/reg first) . I also started repairing the bodykit to put back on so it can be all pretty in nov

  19. haha nah , i like pillarless , getting pretty desperate guys , can someone who owns a lorrie take a pic of the roof and sunvisors for me? pleeeez , and the tim that goes around the door seal?

  21. r33 came with a front tweeter option factory , in the a pillar about 1/2 way up , there is a crevas that gives you just enough angle to point them at either headrest . (i can get pictures if you like? as i bought a damaged one with the option
  22. my eyeballs have told me different , every r33 i've worked on that was factory manual has had a 4.11:1 ratio , and auto r33 the 4.36 , the same as all r32 (all r32 4.3) *i was about to talk about gearbox gear ratio's , but psi has already (makes sense btw)*
