They charged about $500 for the labour and even put some silicon hosing for me and I got it back the next day the biggest issue was the fuel and oil and water lines but I was told it was pretty easy in the end..... Im running 10 -11psi and pulling 202, at 11.5 it was 213 so Im sure if you have upgraded your fuel pump, have a power fc, AFM and injectors you should be able to pull 250rwkw at like 15-16psi these turbos are good for 20psi but obviously with the correct supporting mods. Im restricted atm by my injectors and AFM but was told from guys at tilbrooks that 250rwkw should be easily achievable with the correct supporting mods, hope this helps. My fuel consumption is about the same, lag isn't really an issue and the car sounds heaps more beefy all my friends tell me my car goes even harder and between 4-6k the turbo really boots! Hi Im not actually in Queensland (Adelaide Actually). I had the boys at GT Autosound put a kkr 430 on my 96 33, It doesnt really lag and with boost being controlled by the wastegate 11psi I got my car dynoed at 202rwkw as soon as I get my power fc/injectors im gonna wind up the boost and should be able to pull 240rwks and if I change my AFM more.... all in all I was quite happy with it it was good replacement for my blown standard turbo.....

Hi all Im after some advice on some break pads, ive tried doin a search but want ppls opinions who have done this in Adelaide. Im pulling 200+rkw and im not sure what to do, Im thinking the following: Get my rear rotors machined (fronts don't need em) and buy EBC Green Stuff Pads front and Rear Buy EBC Green Stuff pads for front, and Bendix Ultimate/Advance for the rear as Ive been told rear pads arent as important. I dont want change my rotors untill they are too thin.Im looking at getting a power fc but not anytime soon and then (along with my existing mods) should be pulling at least 230-240rwkw, what are ppl sith similar power using and where to buy em/how much, any advice much appreciated......

Hi Guys I just got my car back from Tilbrooks and the dyno shows 200@ the wheels. I've got a an APEXI AVCR not being used atm (boost is being controlled by the wastgate on my upgraded turbo). I was told before I can boost the car futher safely I'll need to get a power FC and upgrade my injectors and should be pulling 240 rkw after doing this. I'm after some advice on injectors, Which injectors do ppl recommend and how much am I looking at for the injectors themself and fitting em.... bit stuck on this so any help will do. PS I don't have $1 200 for nismo injectors lol.

Ok cheers dude appreciate it! Got pulled over a couple days ago (me and my mate with a s2 s14) on jetty road wasnt giving it to hard and this cop out of nowhere just walks into the middle of jetty road waving his torch and telling us to pull over. Hes like what are you doing speeding down here i could hear u from a mile away u know the speed limit is 40 etc etc etc. He took down my rego coz he didnt have a reading asks me to pop the bonnet im like sh!@ not again..... He has a look and im like look officer its totally standard pull out my last defect notice and said see this is what i got defected for (2 low) and the car went through regency as is and hasnt changed since.... he goes yeah she looks pretty clean lucky he didnt know what he was looking for or id be F@#kd lol all good tho !

Hi Just wondering if anyone in Adelaide has a standard exhaust to suit a 96 R33. I just put in a larger turbo, dump pipe and boosted the car 0.9 bar (for now) and im after a standard exhaust for if or when I do again get defected.... I have the standard boost solenoid, got tyres, standard turbo but need a stock exhaust to make sure I get through first time! Any help would be awsome.

Hi I recently blew the standard turbo in my r33 s2 and am in need of some help/advice. I would like to know what is involved in installing putting a larger sized turbo that will bolt strait on with minimal changes. I realise Ill have to change my fuel pump which needs to be done anyway but this aside what if any other issues are there?.... im thinking along the lines of a 450 550hp Garrett .No experience with turbo upgrades so any help or turbo recommendations would be awsome !

Talk about being right on the money, I went for cruise the same night after I left my post I and blew my f$%^&n turbo !...........Looks like im off the road for a while! What about the irony of reading the responses after blowing the turbo!....

Hi Just wondering if anyone could help me out. I have just had an Apexi AVCR installed in my car and im running 14psi constantly, I have a 3'' turbo back exhaust, HKS pod, and a Blitz FMIC I havent had it Dyno tuned yet but was wondering what others with similar mods were running and how much can I run all day everyday safely, any help will be appreciated

Hey guys I got defected recently for my car being too low 33cm from the ground at the front and 32cm fromthe bottom.... and to add insult to injury it was on my driveway.... anyways long story short to avoid getting defected for being too low the front and rears need to be 360mm from the ground to the centre of the wheel...hope this helps as regency is a pain in the ar$# to get through.

Hi Nozila I was just wondering if you could install a bleed valve for us?... I live in wattle park and have a series 2 R33. I don't really know too much abvout bleeders but I want to up my boost as much as I can without upgrading my stock intercooler and without blowing my turbo...can you supply parts?...

Hi as the proud new owner of a series 2 R33 I am seeking to buy (not straight away) a Power FC and FMIC can anyone help me in terms of good places to get these from for a not too steep price and where they know what they are doing. How much am I looking at all up? Cheers!

Just bought a series 2 R33 and Im stoked! Just wondering if anyone knows a good place to get mods from that won't send me broke.....strut brace, turbo timer the usuall? Any help would be gr8! Cheers :wassup:

Well aside from the clutch going I don't really have too many concerns, I have a mate with a 200 sx, two mates with series 2 R33's and one with an R34 and to-date the only thing Ive heard of going wrong is the clutch. That aside im just wondering what if any problems others may have encountered...

Hey all Im going to be buying a series 2 R33 in the next few days and am just wondering if anyone could help in letting me know what tends go wrong with these cars and what I can do to avoid them happening (assuming the car has been well maintained) Any feedback would be much appreciated!
