  9. Is this group buy still on?
  10. All done, looped the lines back through to the power steering cooler. I will get some photos very soon
  11. cool so that's it . So far we have removed the rack and the lines that run to the front of the car. We have also removed the solenoid from the engine bay.
  12. Ok i have a question , we are taking out the hicas system and we were wondering if you can remove the solenoid from the engine bay?.
  13. Really need these gone , Price drop $550
  14. If you mean in terms of removing the subframe i can not give you any tips as to where to start as i didn't do mine The guys who are doing the suspension work are pulling it all apart, As they pulled out the Arms ect.. ect.. I go pass and get them, sand / clean and paint them and bring them back. All i used was 400 sand paper to sand/clean them back Paint used engine enamel gloss , few coats over each part To clean the parts before painting i used prepsol Pain in the ass really , but then again removing the whole lot at home on stands would be a killer. I'm just too lazy too do that
  15. You will enjoy your car more that's for sure
  16. I couldn't agree with you more , totally looking forward to it
  17. Yeah i don't know about the gts-4 diff , I suppose you will find out once you start pull the rear end out
  18. Can someone please confirm "AFAIK in the R32 GT-R has diff bushes and GTS-4 dosen't?" If Labour is not really a factor then it would be better just to replace the sub frame bushes. Or you can go the pineapples which will not cost anywhere near as much to do, however i can not say how long they last. The thing is if you go the route and pull out your subframe and replace the 4x floor mount bushes and any others that NEED replacing you may as well ditch the four wheel steer as well.
  19. GTS-4 and GTR stuff is all the same, ( someone please correct me if i'm wrong ) Ok i was quoted $1000 from Nissan for a new subframe ( through my mate who works at Nissan which he get's trade price and then a further 10% discount ) So i hate to think how much it would really cost. The labour alone in the subframe is about $1000.
  20. To give you an idea i'm spending around 6 - 7k including suspension , and that's pretty much all bushes including new wheel bearings, rebuilding drive shafts ect.. The rear ones are hell expensive by the way. Oh and all the cleaning and painting was done by me to help bring the cost down Some pics
  21. As Duncan said it is not cheap, Plus we found that some bushes seem to be still in good condition, so we did not replace them. I got most of my bushes through a friend who works a Nissan. I have to go through my invoices and tally it up for you. I'll try and do this tomorrow.
  22. $650 Everyone. These are perfect for anyone who is wanting to replace their worn out old suspension with something that is still in good condition.
  23. have you sold the plastic surrounding that go's around were the gauges , ac unit control , stereo and gear stick. I'm after all that part. If so how much?
  24. You can get Nismo one from http://www.nengun.com/nismo/suspension-lin...arts-gt-r-bnr32 Also this image will help you when ordering the bushes if you decide to go this way. AU $ 304.71 including delivery.
  25. Thanks for the heads up Only time will tell, What do you think of the ones in the group buy?
