A safer way of pulling the steering wheel off is using the three legged puller, or those pullers that takes of harmonic balancers. It doesnt take much effort.

I dont think its vacuum leak cause this happens to my car too with the power fc in. But right now its all good as i put the standard ecu back in cause low in funds to get Power FC tuned. Paul recommended to get the power fc tuned or use higher octane fuel.

If its making a squeaking sound then its probably too tight. My timing belt does this. In a long run you may ruin bearings, seals and even the timing belt.

Im just wondering, if the revs are hunting on idle is a good thing for the engine? (sounds cool though, rotational idle lol) Would this happen cause the timing is overly advanced. I got told by a tuner that the power fc comes stock with advanced timing roughly 20 or 30+degrees to suit Japanese conditions. I also did get bad knocks, worse one was roughly 100knocks. Dont know if its true but stock ecu is back in and my timing is true too with no misfires. Took the power fc out just to play it safe for now as i dont have money to get it tuned.

Did you have to modify the rails? Or straight bolt in. Looking at the R34 GTT Rails seems like it will fit. But Im concerned about the bracket next to the center console wont fit.

Ok. thanks for that. cause in the stock position, the nipple is after the intercooler and before the plenum area. wasnt sure where to connect the boost controller.

Hmmm makes me wonder. How would you hook up a boost controller since the turbo is all the way on the other side?

so how much does the water pump cost roughly? I still need to change my water pump, idler and tensioner as they are making some noises.

Thats funny, i thought my car was the only one that did it. Originally i thought it was the alarm i have in my car. Thanks for the link. I locked both my main key and spare key on the first day i got my car. Sometimes my car locks when i just close the door. Hope this fixes all.
