I have 2 brand new fidanza cam gears for sale. I bought these for my RB20 but i'm pretty sure they fit 25 and 26 as well. I am only selling these because i got a set of hks ones with a head i bought and decided to use them instead. I am after $220 ono. I can put pics up if anyone wants to see them.

The vin on your compliance plate is one that was assigned to the vehicle when it was first complied and therefore won't work on fast. You should give them your chassis number which will be something like hcr32-056709 and its worthwhile taking in the model code (something like KRCR32RGASLMLC) as well which will be on the same plate. Sometimes fast won't recognise the chassis number alone but will after the model code has been put in.

Can you get VS-KF's?

Some other handy tricks. If you're having no luck finding a part, in the main screen hit F7 which will bring up a description search box. You can only have one word in each box. Also part codes and sections should stay the same between models. For instance, an air filter part number will almost always start with 16546 and be in section 165, not matter what vehicle. So if you're using it regularly this can be a faster way to find what you need.

I think the one i saw on ebay was going for about $600... might still be on there, it was only a couple of days ago i looked. I'd find it for you Roy but ebay is blocked at work.

I saw one of these on ebay the other day and was wondering if these had any potential or advantages over the old RB20.

Are the VS-KF's the left 2 or the right 2 in the picture of all 4?

RIPS in NZ make them, Plazmaman makes them (advertised on unique autosports site i think) and there's a couple of places on ebay selling them. Apparently the ebay ones by PNT performance aren't too bad.

Your leaky injector is most likely the injector o ring. I had this problem for ages, changing the o rings fixed it.

Is there minimum stay?

Ah damn... i can't change my front guards without breaking my sideskirts... the panel shop got a bit enthusiastic with silastic when they put them on I would have loved these wheels!

So your guards had to be flared?

How much guard work would be required to fit these under a 32 gtst?

This is just what i was looking for until a couple of weeks ago until the engine let go in my daily I'll see if you're still selling it in a few weeks time when i can get the cash together.

They definately make them for R32 GTS-T as i have one on my car! Exactly the same as the factory bonnet... but CF! Not sure who makes them though, I bought mine 2nd hand from subie on this forum. He may be able to point you in the right direction.

Yeah... physically the turbo is around the same size as a 3576r i think... So when you say dremel... am i just dremelling the parts of engine mount that are in the way? How much has to be cut out?

I have a HKS cast low mount exhaust manifold and hks t300s turbo that i'm trying to fit on my RB20DET at the moment but seem to be having trouble. The turbo is fouling on the engine mount. Has anyone else used a setup like this on an RB20? The setup originally came from an RB25DET in an R32 (BHDaves car) so i assumed i should have been able to put it on without too many dramas? I was trying to put the turbo and manifold in as one piece to make things easier, do i have to put the manifold on and then bolt the turbo up? It didn't seem like that would have made it any easier but i dunno...

I've just moved into a place with a driveway that a standard commodore can scrape its front bar on! I haven't tried with the skyline yet because it's still off getting work done but i'm not looking forward to it
