Noticed excessive negative camber on the front right wheel of my R32 GTS-T the other night so i pulled my wheel of to figure out what had happened. The only thing i could see that was obviously damaged was the big metal part that joins the upper and lower control arms. I can't find the usb cable for my camera so i can't put up a pic.
So what is that part called and would it affect my camber?
Cheers, Simon.
When you say that, you mean the seat can still be in place but no one sitting there yes? That would work because i don't imagine i would have someone in the back seat at a track day!
I've never heard of this R5671A-8... is it one of NGK's V Groove range of plugs? Whats the differences/advantages between this and the BCPR6ES that is normally recommended?
Awesome Dan. I'll have to have a look at yours again to see how well they fit. If the back is a bit close i might look into getting the guard pumped out a bit.
Looking at some rims for my R32 GTS-T. The front wheel is 8.5" wide with a +35 offset and the rear rim is a 9.5" wide with a +35 offset.
My guards are already rolled. Will these rims go straight on or will the rear gaurds have to be pumped? Or not at all??
Cheers, Simon.
Hi all.
Wondering if anyone has fitted 4 point safety harnesses to their R32 skylines and can give me some tips and pointers on mounting positions?
Pictures would be fantastic if anyone has some.
Cheers, Simon.
Like the title says, can anyone help me with the formula to convert from lb/in to kg/mm. Is it as simple as converting the lbs to kgs and the inches to mms? Or is it slightly more complicated than that?

Slightly off topic, but being an Autobarn staff member myself i would like to point out that not all Autobarn workers are that stupid! Also we don't charge that much because we want to, we just don't get as good a buy price as other places.
Alrighty. Let it warm up and disconnected the AAC valve as per workshop manual's instructions, then checked the timing wtih a timing light. With the CAS in the position i had it to rev properly it was advanced to buggery (just about going off the scale of marks on the harmonic balancer) so i put it back to the original position and it was still advanced which was 1st mark past 0 degrees (which i'm guessing is 5 degrees??).
This is really frustrating the crap out of me. What the hell is going on with my car?!?
Some more progress. Twisted the cas about 5mm left and it seems to be behaving a bit better now. Actually getting it to rev now but still seems a bit dodgy. Should i grab a timing light and check the timing?
