hey im looking at getting a new cluster and the one u got there looks dam good could u please tell me how mch u paid for that and where did u get it from and does it go over 180kms thanks love the work with the car man the seats look real good

if u blew the fuse in the switch it pretty much doing nothing right and with the fuse block (couldnt remeber wat the bugger was called lol) if u blow a fuse in there that can cause ill kinds of trouble when installing a system just cause i didnt grond someone correctly i blew one fuse that fuse took out my cigi lighter power windwos and water squiter thingos u know for the windshield so yeah all i had to do to fix was get a 50cent fuse and then it was all good hope it works

not 100% on this but did u replace the fuse u blew? or was it just one in the switch you got? cause if u blew one in the car it might be one that controlls some other stuff check to see if your cigi lighter works its on the same fuse as ur windwos i believe i know this from installing sound systems alway come accross this fun stuff so yeah check ur fuses inside the car and see if that helps i didnt even know was it possible to make it go from AWD to 2WD?? with just a switch u need a bit more then just the switch to make it work dont ya? well dont know if this post will help u just though it might be an idea seeing ive done something like this once before

i found my problem i have actually burnt out my cluth plate by the sounds of things i was wondering would it be better to get a whole new heavy duty clutch for my r33 or just get the stock clutch plate replaced? would any one be able to help me on prices with these thanks again

hey there are others out there i thought i was the only one lol i have a 1993 r33 gts same thing drivers side wont go up or down passangers is fine a find if i hit the carpet near the door handle it works fine i look like a bit of a d!ck hitting my car all the time lol if enuff ppl complain i cant see why nissan wont do some sort of oops my bad ill fix it job

Hi i have a r33 1993 GTS skyline, and what happend is noramlly when i do a stand still drop the clutch n can keep the revs up around 6000rpm a wheels spinning and smell nothing but the sweet smell of rubber now when i do it i drop the clutch and then revs hit 6500 but now they drop down to about 2500 and the car almost stalls the wheels spin for a couple of seconds and then some smell that smells like something died in my car comes along any idea what this could be that causes the sudden power drop? im thinking scary thoughts of like ive almost blown my clutch or something i dont think its breaks cause i know wat they smell like lol and this is like driving through a pile of (rap any one else ever had these problems? thanks in advanced i know its kinda a dum post but yeah just wanna see if any one can help me out

if i get the compression changed on my enging to say 9.0.1 or what ever it is i need would that be ok? and would any one know what the compression is on the RB25DE? and how would the studs on the wheels make a diff? might be a dum question but yeh i dont see how that can change anything

what do you mean by SAFC or PFC im getting a turbo back exhuast next week and the speed cut defencer i was toying with getting a ECU but i should leave that till one of my last mods is that correct?

the 2000 excel came stock with 87KWS its the 1.5 twin cam direct inject with the capa turbo it gets to 140-150

yeah bit pricey but it seemed to do the job lol not to many other places offer turbos that can get the excel up that high

tell him to look at the capa preformance web site thats the turbo i had there puts out 140kws+ at wheels then add an intercooler and the rest of it and you wont be to far off and its not to badly priced its a full kit but he will have most of it any way mayb he can arrange something there but now im getting off topic look at skylinesdownunder.com.au forum they have alot of talk of getting the RB25DE with after market turbo and stuff up to 280 for under 10G do you think this is a bit off?

oops with intercooler sorry forgot about that but nah no work to the ecu just turbo extractors intercool exhaust and clutch they have gotten way higher aswel i think top recorded is 260fkws it was at the summer nats and ran into a wall in the burnout comp lol
