Having an opinion based on nothing. If you haven't driven or owned the car in question then your opinion is null and void. Like you said, you have driven a vti-r model and thought it was crap. If the thread was about the vti-r then fair enough but it isn't. I've owned a Civic and I didn't have any problems with it, the fuel economy was great but the car lacked power - this didn't make it rubbish at all and does not mean all other cars in the Honda range are bad - I say that because I haven't driven any other cars in their range.
I guess you would also think the NSX that Senna helped design is a heap of crap too, just because its a Honda and you don't like Honda's engineering. I bet you would be one of the first people to jump on the bandwagon to bag out a Honda at the first opportunity you could get. After all you were the first to reply here.
If I was looking at buying a R35 I would want to speak with owners and people that have driven them. Not some kid that have a poster of it in their bedroom. To me, getting an opinion from someone that owns the car is a shit load more valuable and beneficial than someone that doesn't. Sure, anyone else can have an opinion but as far as I am concerned it's not worth shit.
I guess you don't remember the old topic sentence, supporting detail and references from high school.
Thanks for another laugh, please keep them coming!
