  1. Shameless lack of concentration more like it.
  2. There is a thread in the same section named 'High Energy Sumps' Did you bother reading that before you posted?
  3. That's cool. Just thought I would point that out. It's probably quicker too! lol
  4. Worth a lot more than your Skyline.
  5. You're the one that wants to throw it on the dyno, not him! I guess you would expect him to pay for an inspection too right? Some people... Congrats on the sale!
  6. There is no point to be missed. She is missing the point that she is wasting her money! But she doesn't care and doesn't want to take on advice from people. I bet her 3 'friends' that are giving her the thumbs up will be more than willing to take all her cash! I am sure there is a fine line with being unique and throwing your money away. If it was that beneficial then everyone would have done it a long time ago.
  7. Sounds like you plan on wasting a lot of your money, that's awesome. I look forward to seeing shaking my head at your project. If you are going to do it at least use a dirty thirty coz I don't want to get a sore neck.
  8. I think the RB30 bottom end (no more than $300), RB26 cylinder head (2k complete), and gearbox (which one??) would work out cheaper. I am pretty sure half cuts are around the 5k mark. There is an RB30 subforum in the forced induction section on this forum.
  9. They are all a Series II block - use any of them. No one I know has fitted oil squirters. What did they sell for over there?
  10. This is a Turbo or Series II block Besides the feed / return lines I am unaware of any other differences between a Series I and Series II block. I believe the Turbo block used a higher flow oil pump but not 100% sure. I also believe that the pistons in a turbo block have a dish, again, not 100% sure. I wish I knew a place that sold cheap rb30's here! Every wreckers I go to wants over $300!!! Feel like selling some N1GTR? lol
  11. Is it just me or do the new members appear dumb these days...
  12. check out the lewis engine ones. half the price of the other sumps listed here. i have heard the jpc ones are a bit of a joke Link to sumps They may not be as nice to look at but who cares.
  13. Stumbled across it, threw it on your website then put the link on a forum... Thats one good way to promote your site lol

  15. Cool, another defect thread to add to the hundreds on this site. 1. Your friends stock s14 is not stock if it is modified 2. They have every right to defect any car regardless if they are qualified to do so or not. They only need to have an opinion on the modification to determine if they should defect it or not. The person that clears the defect determines if it is a legal modification. The RTA list what modifications are allowed to be carried out in their light vehicle modification guide. If in doubt, talk to an engineer to see if the modification is legal and to get an engineers report on the modification. Not fuc king rocket science is it!
  16. I think its more than reasonable salary. A tuner here has to pay for the maintenance of a dyno, rent of the workshop and if they have anyone else working for them then the salary of their staff. This is probably why some workshops charge a lot to have your car tuned as they factor these costs into the price. I think you will find that most WORKSHOPS will charge $150 per hour. I hope you find someone for the job, it would be a good experience!
  17. I am after a R32 GTR to send overseas. Looking for something as stock as possible. Must be an R32 GTR, not interested in anything else. Prefer to be around the Brisbane / Gold Coast area. If anyone has one available please let me know with price and photos if you have them available. Email [email protected]
  18. 9,000RPM? Buy the billet caps that RIPS make, balance the bottom reciprocating parts and use a good (ATI) balancer and use the best rods you can buy.
  19. Shut up noob. This isn't the RSPCA or PETA forum! Let the man sell his birds! Free bump, beautiful looking birds!
  20. You'll be able to buy both once you sell those!
  21. Rather than starting a whole new thread why don't you just post your questions in the conversion sticky thread?
  22. LOf**kINGL!
  23. Yep, just saw the info on the earls website too I should actually look before asking... hehe
