If your talking about the plate on the front of the VCT, yep, its spring loaded. Nothing that you can hold with a couple of fingers but just be aware of it. Make sure you dont loose the 4 little phillips head screws when your pulling it off !

I am wanting to sell my daily run around car and buy something a little cheaper so I can save some money. It is a 1997 Honda Civic GLi hatch. 5 speed manual, red in colour, 146,xxx kms. Rego until 5th of November 2007. It has full service history since it was new and is kept in good mechanical order. There are a couple of scratches on the front and rear bumper but nothing major. A Pioneer cd/mp3 play has also been installed. Interior is in perfect condition. No stains, rips or anything. Also has airbags so it would be a great first car or a cheap car for someone to drive either around town or on the highway (7lts/100km city & 5.8lts/100km) I am looking at $7,500. You might be able to make it cheaper if you source your own parts. There are plenty of good quality well priced parts on this forum, just check out the trader section. Every bit counts when you rebuild a motor.

I am selling my Aquaone aquarium as I no longer have time to maintain the tank. It is 165lts, model number is AR850. Silver in colour with a beech coloured stand to suit. Pretty much a complete setup. Just add water, salt and live stock. Included is a jager 200W heater, syphon, Prime water conditioner, API stress conditioner, magnetic glass cleaner, filter bio balls, hydrometer, Aquaone 1200lt/h powerhead and water test kit (pH, Ammonia, Nitrite and nitrate). The tank has been used as a salt water aquarium for about 8 months. The tank itself is 165lts and has 3 lights. 2 x 25W and 1 x 20W. The stand seen in the pic is included and has no scratches on it anywhere. I am not separating any of the items. Price is $350, no offers.
