  1. Holy... Paris changes cars more often than I change dacks!\ Speak of the devil....
  2. I've got T1R's all round (18's) and need to replace the rears. If the RE001's are cheaper I'll probably give them a go and also post my thoughts here. I've been very happy with the T1Rs, but wouldn't mind something with more bang for buck.
  3. Kind of on the same topic, I've got the springs and shocks from Gary's old GB in my 33 but both left hand springs are sagging now. I've emailed him about it asking for replacement (only 18 months or so old). But since the group buy is shot, I have my reservations. If it falls through, and baring in mind that Gary designed the springs to match my Bilsteins, what could I look at to replace the springs with? I'll ring Whiteline today and ask if they still produce the springs to Gary's specs, but since he gets them from the same source as Whiteline, I assume it's Whiteline that are having the supplier issues, and therefore ringing them directly probably won't help much. I'm not looking to go coilovers or anything, just want new springs to my car sits evenly!
  4. Looks like it was fun!!! I'll have to head out if/when they hold some events (and it's cooler!)
  5. Like I said I'd post on Friday nite (possibly old, but myeh, I hadn't seen it): Hubless wheels I hope ur working on that video list Reese
  6. Anyone headin out tonight?
  7. Is that the asian guy? I saw it parked near my office, gave and got a wave
  8. Looks like fun! By the way, I was told you need a fire extinguisher solidly mounted and within reach of the driver's seat to compete. Mine's still sitting in the cupboard, whoops!
  9. Damn... Number in mobile and eyes peeled! Any external defining features that we might see from side on, other than the plates? Body kit, rims etc?
  10. lol not into Nismo. At any rate, I can vouch for Trust (using stock pipework).
  11. Spotted snoopy4eva pulling up next to me at work! Nice one, didn't even realise you were on the Chrissy cruise too!
  12. I had the exact same recently. Check: - Bootlid seal (mine looked perfect too, but wasn't). - The grommet at the lower front right of the boot where an electrical line comes in. That can let water in sometimes. - You said the headlights weren't condensated, but check around the boot near the lights for sign of water buildup anyway. - Check the carpet and trim for where it is most damp, then trace it back/up to where the water might have come in. LOL child in boot... Remove all carpet and trim, put talcom powder all around your boot and go through the driverthrough, or blast it with a hose from every which way you can, then check out where the tal got wet. It should easily vacuum out I think (unless you have intricate custom stereo work...). Trojan can help you figure it out, they helped me with mine.
  13. Everyone has heaps of stories. I've found more so than actual establishments of business, it's better to stick with particular PEOPLE. IE if certain people I deal with at the moment changed to another business, I'd go there instead. Admittedly, this is cos I seem to deal with family businesses instead of chains. That's another element to it - small/family/owner-operated businesses have to please the customer to get repeat business!
  14. Yes Kat! I was, that jogged my memory... very annoying. I wasn't really looking behind though.
  15. Might have been me... I went for a random drive and ended up going home via the Cotter.
  16. Anyone gonna be out tonight? Braddon or otherwise?
