Looks to be an r33 engine. C.a.s as mentioned before and where you have cicled is missing the Tcs unit out of an r34. +1 for the vin check.

As said above, wheels and yada yada is the least of your worries. You should be thinking about restricting your exhaust and getting a Cat convertor on asap before the inspection!.
