A common problem for skylines is when fitting an atmo bov it may cause car to stall at drop down revs. Sound like thats your case. If the Bov is not a new item it may also be screwed and leaking.

The 33GTR ones should fit. afaik. -
Hi mate, If it aint the fuel pump, Re-check to see if you have connected the afm signal wire correctly to the ecu. I had this same problem after disconnecting my safc

If its comming from in-cabin middle of the dash, it might be something to do with your air-con. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ti...oise+under+dash

^^ thats correct. Gt (N/a) have different rear coilover setup to the said gt-t and gtr. Correct me if im wrong but you MAY get away with using an r33 aftermarket set.

it would most likely wear a standard turbo out quicker due to backspin.. not straight away. the car would still be drivable though it'll wear quicker the harder you drive/boost it. Im currently running an aftermarket turbo with no bov. And have not seen any signs of problems or wear to the turbo'.

So I Was Driving Along Today...
fLhayabusa replied to HUAWEI's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Yea, check your intercooler pipes at the rubber/silc joints to see if it has been popped a little out of place. -
You mean between an r33 auto & an r34 auto transmission?. if so the r34's come with tiptronic. r33's have a snow button.

Changing R34 Parker Globes
fLhayabusa replied to lanky71's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Not sure about a red top bit though. have a look at your headlights from the outside, staring at your parkers. locate the position. its the furthest to the outter side. Now that you know where abouts it is. look behind your headlights and locate it from behind. there's no clips holding it in place. its a tight sqeeze if you have big hands or a big battery (remove Battery if thats the case.) Should be a light grayish socket, get a firm grip onto it and twist the whole socket/plug clockwise until it becomes loose, if it doesnt seem to twist, try the other way(anti-clkwse). pull it straight out and replace bulbs as normal. -
[A/T Snow] as Scotty stated, takes off on a higher gear for automatic transmission. Seen on N/A r34's. Traction control [TCS] for Gtt's.

depending on where your sourcing the parts from, the japs usually know very little english which helps alot. if you are to write it down. be simple and write in block capitals and dont use unessory words. BNR32 - OIL COOLER KIT + REMOTE FILTER BNR32 - CARBON FIBRE AERO MIRRORS. (thats pushing it, if you know brand names that you want it'll make it easier for them to piece what your saying) HKS OIL COOLER GANADOR MIRRORS Most Japs try theirbest to communicate with you, even on one occasion i came across whilst trying to buy parts one got on the phone and dialed for a translator and had it on loud speaker.

he might'nt be a fully sick cuz, heck he might'nt be at fault. the driver of the skyline could've been a psyco and randomly chose the wrong person to ram off road. See unless we get the full true facts on that incident, we should no longer assume his a dick just because he sapposelly happen to have a gun on him.

Havent spotted you, though i must say. That is one cool plate nice work!

you'll have a little drama's with swapping over the cumstom boot sounds install due to being slightly different sizes between the two models. Unless, you plan on leaving it in as is.

Diy R34 Manual Conversion Using R33 Parts
fLhayabusa replied to E_Lu-SHuN's topic in Tutorials / DIY / FAQ
I had the chance to drive the 4door 33box converted rite after its diff been replaced, and now currently drive a standard manual 34 . I must say, sloppy really comes down to condition of the gearbox. We've put in a recon'd sII and i dont feel nothing unusual between the both to compare. unless you mean something else. Cheers. -
Controlarm Balljoint Bushes
fLhayabusa replied to Mz-ohthirtyfo's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
perfect info!. Just to clarify, that means i cant simply replace the rubber + grease jit? Sorry but im no mechanic and havent came across on replacing these, there for im not used to the correct terms of part names and procedures for replacing. Also pictures dont usually lie. The tie rod end is this? Thanks nego -
understandable without a doubt. but say for instance, if handling was poor and so are you. ahaha would you? Ok i must confess, "One Point" for me aswell is to have matched f/r suspension sort of commonsense. Its not mine, Mine's full equipped but not full balanced with hks.nismo and cusco handling gear. Its actually for the miss. Im trying to take shortcuts and just needed some "Wont handle like a race car, but better off a dori than a fullysick bounce machine" comments to make me feel less guilty treating a line like so.

My cars currentlly sitting on lower'd springs with std shock obsorbers, the fronts are more low than the rear.being standard shocks,i have plans to get a set of coilover's when i come across a cheap reliable decent bargin. though not equiped with enough money, it wont be anytime soon. on the other hand,I do have rear pairs of hks hipermax and was thinking about doing that for the meantime . Before i go ahead on installing them, just would like feedback on the downside of things. bare in mind, its still on stock shocks with too low springs and doesnt handle as great atm so no biggie about handling issues . Thanks
