  17. yep when your car is written off, at least in hail damage you get the option to buy the car back you get two options option 1 - loose car and they pay out the policy value, agreed or market depending on what you selected option 2 - you keep the car and they pay out policy value minus the cars new damaged value in my case, whilst the damaged value was low, it still wasnt low enough to be useful given the car had so many km's on it and general wear and tear the agreed value was pretty high considering the car (97 gtst with 250k on the clock) so it was much more worthwhile for me to loose the car. if i kept the car i would have been stuck with it full of dints and basically unsellable (it was almost unsellable before the hail dmg) so happy to a chance to get rid of it. i get a chance to get a new normal car (non 2-door and non-loud car) and play with a better car after married and some work on the house.

  24. yeah if its making that sort of power you will be hitting the standard ECU protection - TTPMax what are you using to control boost, is it a controller or just the actuator spring? if you are using a boost controller turn it to 2psi and see how it goes if you arent using a boost controller then you are stuck with the minimum boost possible from the acutator spring, its probably 1 bar, which is prob too much for stock ecu let us know answer to first question (controller or not) have you got a fuel pump? this thing could be leaning out on boost if you haven't, mine leaned out on the stock turbo and 0.85kgcm2 and yours is highflow with more boost
