nothing wrong with keep it simple stupid ie nismo drop injectors why reinvent the wheel without a requirement? ie channge rail and adaptors and different spec of injectors

if its a dedicated race car and you are redoing the whole car sure but for a std street car no chance

i reckon a T04Z would be heaps better

if you PLAN to mod it, even the basics, BUY one with the mods already done given its a buyers market you should get a few basic mods for a "stock" price no one buys a stock skyline these days, its pointless imho you should at least get a "stock" R33 with wheels, ehxaust, intercooler, good tyres and maybe a piggyback of some sort i would call that stock STOCK ECR33 would be worth jack all as in stock exhaust, std side mount, stock wheels

the best and quickest way is to find the control module on yahoo jp auctions for 32 33 34 check the photos and compare differences youll soon see if the loom connector is different im sure you guys arent the first in the world to try it otherwise everyone who had BNR32 would buy BCNR33/BNR34 attessa as the first mod to increase handling

misfire is dead obvious it will loudly pop fart and sound like a shotgon or machine gun describe the misfire have you checked the basics such as plugs, loom inspection and visual sight of the coils etc

+1 any cheapie at your local auto shop will last long enough

if you can hear hissing its vac leaking ie venting to atmo which is likely to be unlimited boost mode stop what your doing see someone who knows what they are doing before you run unlimited boost and kill the turbo find a local member with a GTST to give you 5 minutes of guidance before you break something

a t04Z is a poor choice turbocharger regardless of trim or housing sizes for 298kw or (400hp) id recommend checking out the GT30 series instead and you will effectively have a better overall power band the power band is the difference between a lag monster (read T04Z on 2.5l) and a progressive turbo setup GT30 with external wastegate browse the rb25 turbo upgrade thread, pick your power and look at what mods and turbocharger combinations they have used this saves guess work and "will this be laggy" type questions as you can see all the mods and what turbo spec etc

i found it heaps better on street and track with lower pressure with rock hard tyres at 40psi traction was hopeless in comparison

check the same hoses in two weeks, they split easily if you buy crap ones also get a boost controller auto GTST runs less boost than manual
