  3. if VCT was not working the car would be sluggish all the way to the default kick off point of 4500rpm if the wastegate actuator is not functioning correctly boost would be laggy or sluggish boost build as PMr33 said

  10. if you get the 33r seats for 600 take them good upgrade for gtst and you sit lower they will be in much better condition than yours im glad i did mine
  11. 33 gtr seats are good i got mine for 800 ages ago well worth the upgrade std ones are ordinary as i see no need for semi's they will likely give you false hope and bin your car on the street

  19. active LSD is not controlled by the main ECU all active LSD needs is TPS relayed to the computer in the boot so any computer can do, you simply splice the wiring (gtst style)
  20. yeah dyno the car with 16" wheels should make some more power
  21. your gamble if the injectors are f**ked or dodgy, guess what happens i would only ever go legit nismo or OEM can he prove they are legit? if so go for it, otherwise buyer beware

  23. hi the ECU you are looking at on ebay is un-tunable, that is, you cannot edit the tune, update it, change it etc it is a once only tune and you are stuck with whatever settings are on there ie its junk and you cant use it options such as the powerfc, vipec, motec, autronic, nistune etc let you tune the car as you want so you can buy it, put it in your car, have your tuner "tune" it and set it up to suit your car remaps (which is what is in the ebay ad) are basically a flash edit of the standard ECU but the problem is no one can update the flash tune, so its basically read-only only select few could edit that map, and it wouldn't be worth it for a GTR, the powerfc is prefect and well worth every $ and you can resell them for the same price you basically but it for for info on the powerfc check my signature for the PowerFC FAQ
