  2. yeah as the other have said the FCON is great for a standard FCON install its a piggyback setup so you need to buy the FCON, the harness and then the navigator and its still connected in piggyback mode this is why most go for the powerfc as its a simple plug and play, no extra controller, no harness needed FCON in piggyback mode is fantastic for auto but very pricey vs nistune etc for the FCON standalone the unit is more expensive, i think the loom harness is still needed and the navigator and the FCON pro vs FCON normal (piggyback one) is pricier i would love one to try it out 32x32maps afm or map inputs from whatever you like

  5. if TPS is 0.53v at idle this poses no issue for the ATTESSA system or the stock ecu its only when its 0 that the ECU will throw on the engine check light or the ATTESSA system would crack the sads - much like the A-LSD system does

  11. the fcon pro is a great piece of hardware but you are locked into tuners who have the HKS cable so you cant really shop around and name your price if you are ok with the pricing and lack of tuners, go for it, good ECU its a shame there arent lots of tuners with the cable re cable and password check out these guys http://fc-hako.com/pfc/hks/

    ferni's always look good with 34R wheels, his was a purple R33 gtr yeah even 245s would be good if you have a bit of power why were you running semi's?

  21. yeah it winds up peak at 4200rpm check out some std rb26 dyno plots in the forced induction section and see how yours compares im not sure youd make that power if you did have a crack in the intercooler id expect it to be fairly low power and boost peak around 6k instead of at 4
  22. ah i just read the 95octane bit hmmm thats no good given the rb26 in std trim needs 98 minimum as soon as you add boost, more timing etc it would make sense that it's detonating i would like at some form of anti-det killer ie 100octane, meth injection, mixed injection etc it sounds like youll always have this issue given 95 penis is std in your area i know if i ran my car on 95 penis it would be unhappy
  23. use temp adjust take out -10 deg floor it from 2000rpm to redline do you hear the same rattle? if so drive train / engine noise / mechanical noise if you dont hear the rattle it could be detonation i would be suprised if you would hear audible detonation and the PFC wouldnt pick it up the only logical explanation for this to occur and plausible would be dead, mangled, fault knock sensor certainly possible
