  2. before doing any of that who installed the powerfc and did you follow the install instructions there is a set 30 min idle procedure you must run if you dont do it properly or skip it the car will basically instant stall or stall when revved
  3. yeah i think i will

  15. -0.36mv - where are you seeing that? the hand controller ,reads straight from the ECU, which is coming from the TPS wire from the engine bay from there, the PFC sends the TPS signal on another wire, to the ABS/A-LSD computer in the boot so its that wire you need to check if its the same voltage (it sohuld be) if TPS on the hand controller is always OK this means the sensor is OK and the wire from the sensor to the main ECU loom is OK from there the PFC (and stock ecu) relay this signal to the ABS/A-LSD computers in the boot as the A-lSD needs to know how hard you pull the throttle cable if that TPS signal *(the one relayed to the boot PC) dies, out of range or goes spazzo the A-LSD computer goes into fail safe mode and the light comes on and the A-LSD system gives up, ie no lock when wheel spin
  16. no idea what code 12 is if TPS isnt working your car would run like ass, peg its idle at 1500rpm instantly and A-LSD would always be on, among the engine check light too so the TPS is OK start your CAR when watching ETC, SENSOR SW CHECK and wait TPS when its working OK, and then watch TPS (and others) when A-LSD fails does anything change or any sensors go black background do any other errors come on other than A-LSD ? but perhaps the TPS to the computer in the boot is being homo only way would be to work out which wire is TPS relayed signal at the boot computer and check it there very tedious and annoying
  17. if it has no TPS signal A-LSD never passes diag when you start the car and it fails every time so if yours is working and only randomly failing it could be a wheel sensor that is being whacko. does your ABS work OK? any ABS warnings as they use the same sensors
  18. yeah just the rookie shit
  19. nah its a one piece bar and weight not the ones you slide on its like the rookie stuff solid bar with rubber shit on each end and 12.5k label
  20. um i think it has labels on each side that say 12.5kg but that wuoldnt make sense, wouldnt the whole bar be 12.5kg nah i dont go down that far, but close to
  21. nope just grab it put the bar on my shoulders and away i go?
  22. no idea it just has 12.5 on the side of it i should move up
  23. oh is that in the big frame to hold it up? im only at 12.5kg squat pissweak haha
  24. dezz what does that mean 145 repeats of 5kg squat?
  25. do not do that mod, that is for ECR33 only with active-lsd and a powerfc this is because the powerfc in the ECR33 assumes the car doesn't have a-lsd as only a few models had it the BNR/BCNR range of powerfc all assume this as far as i know and relay TPS correctly as its needed for the 4WD computer anyway
