sorry its in 16 pins then 3 sets of 20 pins locate the 16 block and then map your way out that way

the ECU loom is in formation of 12 wire then i think 3 blocks of 8 so you use the pin out to work out which way you are looking at it using the odd size block as the identifier that way i think its 12wire for the odd block

get an xr6 turbo with all the premium options and 6spd auto if u want should have some change too

there arent any other than DATA INIT to perform self idle i can only suggest key to ON but dont start car check TPS is 0.30ish at idle or adjust to make sure its around 0.30v and floor it and it should peak near 4v the nissans service manual has what value it sould be at idle as i dont think it should be spot on 0.30v so best to check it

im not convinced good rent money = good investment idea, as with good rent comes good (ie high) repayments for the land value i would expect the good idea behind investment would be good growth thats why i reckon its better to buy a renter in some suburb thats cheap and likely to go up plus its easier to afford and the land is less value just see no purpose behind buying in stkilda/elwood ? unless you can afford it and you have tons of spare cash
