  1. plates are for girls, good work shan
  2. for any others wondering why i asked about the RSM i have this issue in my ECR33 powerfc with Apexi RSM. when i go past 5000rpm the RPM needle goes spastic, HICAS flashes and car continues to run fine under 5000rpm is OK and no issues, go over 5000rpm it goes spazzo. the RSM has a RevO setting and a RevW which is rev output and rev warning the rev output is used to flick a relay, ie a shift light. but its not wired up in my car, but the feature is always on. for some reason on my car when RevO is reached the needle and HICAS goes spazzo the fix for my car was to set the RevO to 10,000rpm so i never reach it. very odd bug and dont know why it occurs
  3. as long as it feels quicker and makes more torque thats all the matters really besides you have launch control so learn how to use that and away you go its great beating cars when you quote less power, it means you are a better driver ie if you can beat most cars with 200awkw GTR your a good driver
  4. could be 32Nismo (14411-06U00) ? instead of 14411 06000? note U00 in the official part # is it laggy on your car? the 32 nismo's according to specs are 0.64a/r rear and dont know about wheel steel etc ? so this would be dead obvious on the housing, normal are 0.48a/r rear and ceramic wheel

    Hid Kits

you could just install the mock up xenon globes which are like $30 at supercheap
  6. haha what the, thats wierd
  7. projector is mounted and all is good hasnt fallen down haha one of those cheap $25 ebay china projector ceiling mounts some of the finish was pretty ordinary, thread not straight etc i cant imagine a china plenum etc copy where its critical to be clean, straight etc
  8. do you have an apexi rsm by any chance
  9. its covered in the powerfc FAQ, but the main issue with the FCON is no local tuners if you can find one, its probably the only one in the state, so whatever service you get, you have no choice but to go there and pay their price. with other locally supported ecu's you can choose your tuner and price, and if its crap, find another and away you go any ECU can make any power and be driveable etc so dont expect one ECU to make power than another
  10. im not sure i agreed? i spent 2k on mine and ive used it every day since ive had the car, so ive had mine for 7 years and the stereo still goes good. some people really enjoy their music and it sounds reasonable to me if thats what he wants, he can reuse it later etc ?
  11. FCON supports MAP and AFM and also has 32x32 maps
  12. you guys serious right? the amount of money some of you have spent on your cars..... and your giving him some stick for what he has done.... ?
  13. the sensor on the dump pipe is the 02 sensor used for closed loop fuel economy feedback the sensor on the car is the cat overtemp sensor which is used to turn on the exhaust cat temp light on the dash (not required)
  14. yeah thats a HKS FCON pro, great ECU and tons of features and options useless outside japan as you need a HKS pro tuner with their software basically sell it and buy a locally supported ECU otherwise your stuck with whatever tune and setup the car is if the car is ok and you dont want to change anything, then keep it
  15. dont stress about it jesse. every car has had a hit at some point etc so as long as it drives straight etc and theres no issues who cares no matter what you post theres always 2 pages of stupid feedback so take it with a grain of salt but it is friday so its all good
  16. do this with DBA parts as well
  17. 1. yes 2. no, std is fine, oem is bulletproof 3. no
  18. will be there
  19. can u put more preload or tighten the bovs? i think the bov's are opening on light throttle load - dont know why tho
  20. doesnt make sense if you think about it if you have a 34R with aftermarket turbos why would you sell it at the base model price surely you would jack the price up higher referencing the aftermarket turbochagers etc
  21. is that where the turbo is at the rear muffler with mega long pipework? will be interesting to see it completed
  22. postmix and spirits on tap is the key! ive got shot pourers on the wall, that will do for now
  23. yeah it would just be a remap of the std maps to suit fuel, boost up and speed cut removal most likely its better than the std ECU by far but once you do other mods its time to retune anyway so whilst your on stock turbos and a bit of a boost up its probably fine there might be some more midrange / max power gains by a full standalone tune however
  24. 1000rpm extra power band in every gear
  25. ive had 200rwkw for donkeys years in my gtst makes a pretty quick car on the street and not often something can beat you on a private road
