another way to tell if it's a de or det box is the no's on the box the de will have 1j and the det will have a 2j i think on the side of the box they will bolt up the same but the de box has smaller bearings thus weaker

heres pics of my bay just been sprayed last week nearly finished piecing it back together it's a orange base with a orange metalic and green pearl looks really cool in the son with the whole car changing color in the next few months just need to save for the bodykit going with an origin kit.

anything in either sa or vic? TREVSAY i'll keep it in mind because it's a bit far and freight would be a killer nearly as bad as WA

anybody with a complete cradle or all the bits just laying around in good condition?

i'm getting mine done for my 32 done @ the moment and if i hadn't done some of the prep work it would have cost me 300 instead it will be about half that the color is in BA blood orange and thats in 2pak and i'm looking @ going with the same color for my 32 aswell!!

need the following for my gts conversion: 5 stud hubs, rear calipers, r32 turbo diff, drive shafts, and hand brake setup and anything else needed except discs ,pads and brake lines already got or getting shortly. cheers Daniel

yeap thats pretty much what mine is doing i'm going to check the earth point just inside the driverside kick panel earth point and maybe scratch the paint a bit to make a better earth contact i'll just c what happens whats the worst thing that happens the central locking starts to work

could you pm me pics of the sub frame setup and of the 5 stud hub set up what other bits would i need to bolt it up besides a diff, drive shafts, calipers, disc rotors and brake lines?

not sure what's going on managed to get the central locking working but then stopped working again i had both sides locking and unlocking but then figured out i'd wired the master actuator the wrong way round so fixed that still working @ that stage put everything back together still working then went to lock it and go inside and it stopped working

not sure if this has been asked before but my r32 coupe has a vision immboliser vae 315-950 with central locking i worked when i got the car 12 months ago but then 5 months ago the central locking side of it ceased to work but the immboliser and alarm still work i tried another master actuator on the drivers side but still not working could there be anything else i'm missing?

looking for r32 gtst coupe complete cradle don't need rotors also looking for some 17 or 18" rims nothing flat faced that makes up the whole rims just a spoked rim in either a dark color or chrome/polished

i currently work for Repco doing a apprenticeship in spare parts 2nd year , 3rd year next week (payrise $$$$ ) cert 3 in automotive replacement parts , did cert 2 (traineeship) in 2004 in spare parts and did year 12 in 2003 and while @ school did cert 2 in electronics. Now though while i can't drive for about another 5months plus a bit more thanks to me speeding in a mates supra (136km and 6mths for my troubles) can go full noise on working on the r32 with a engine change, bodykit, 4 to 5stud conversion, front mount cooler and possible respray (got a mate that is a spraypainter and another who's a panelbeater ) plus a few other little things but no real power increases as i'll b on my p's for acouple more years.

hi all about ready to do my conversion from rb20de to rb20det just waiting til i lose my licence then into it : just wondering whether anybody knows whether there is a difference between the rb20de tailshaft and the rb20det shaft cheers all help appreciated

hi all need various bits for my r32 gts RB20de to RB20DET gtst conversion trust/greddy R spl intercooler kit 600x300 ish x 76mm rear diff & cradle (everything needed to convert from 4 stud to 5 brakes everthing) lowered springs and shocks with damperning if possible

the pioneer unit will bolt striaght into the factory mounts you will need to either cut down the pioneer trim ring on the left and right sides or go to either repco,autobarn, autopro any stereo place and ask to get a plastic trim ring that's about 1/8 inch and it will fit perfect and fits under the centre section the goes up the centre and around the gear stick and it will pull in tight and you won't even notice thats what i plan to do shortly just can't be bothered ordering it through work (repco we sell pioneer now ) through a company called TDJ who sell neons, sub boxes, wiring etc and trim rings.

how much can u do a trust cooler kit for r32 rb20det? B)

i've got a front cut arrives this week still need complete rear diff cradle brakes the lot may have though not sure yet acouple of mates might b buying a crashed 32 and may strip because one mate wants the engine box ecu loom etc and i want the rear bits, also chasing trust/greddy intercooler kit ,lowered springs and shocks and also looking for front genuine nissan skyline adjustable strut brace because i have a rear and want a front to keep it the same
