i have a S3 that i blew the auto in and put a S1/2 auto trans in instead. imo the S3 box is shit. in order to make that fit i had to run a S1/2 loom (basically the enitre loom except the engine loom) also the trans cooling lines are different and i had to put a tap in the manifold because the early auto is vaccume fed. personally id just put another S1/2 auto in it. hope this helps
