    I had the same problem with my car, i cleaned the AAC and put the standard BOV (plumback) back on the car, all fixed.

    If i remove (unbolt) the TPS from the throttle body, is there anything that can be cleaned, etc?

    I just ran my car at idle and turned the air-con on and off a few times and the rattle went away. The sound almost completly disappears when the air-con is left on.

    It doesn't sound like a belt sound, its more metallic?

    Last night my car seemed to have developed a metalic rattle sound, it can be heard at idle but it seems to disappear while driving. Its coming from the front of the engine bay, where all of the pulleys and belts are. It doesn't seem to get louder or faster as the engine rev's increase. The sound seems to be coming from the air-con unit.....

    I'm looking for a Greddy Type S plumback BOV for my R32, but it seems its been superseeded by the Type RS. Do they both make similar sounds? Do these sound the same? Immatation Greddy BOV If anyone has a genuine greddy type s for sale PM me.

    Is there any benefit of replacing the rubber flexy hose with a steel inlet pipe between the air filter and the turbo? Is there any power gain from this?
