I think my atmo BOV might be causing the car to stall every now and then due to it leaking, is it possible for the BOV to get dirt, etc in it that will cause it to close the valve slower after blowing off pressure during a gear change. I've tried to tighten the adjustment screw but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I've taken the BOV off and tested the spring pressure by pushing on it and it has quite a bit off tension behind it.

What did it cost you? I've found a few S13 kits exactly the same as these one, just wondering where they'll fit an r32.

I'm also having stalling problems with my RB20DET. I'm gonna try and clean out the AAC today and see how we go.

I saw a front mount kit to suit a S13 that uses the stock side mount pipes, looks similar to these R32 kits. Because the S13 side mount pipes are very close to the R32 GTS-T setup, would it be possible to adapt one of these S13 kits into a R32? Has anyone tried this before? Cooler 1 Cooler 2

I reckon i'll try to do it that way first, i'm lazy.

In that DIY thread it says you have to remove the idle screw, and after cleaning insert screw and make adjustments via the ecu. If you screw it back in to the exact same spot and the car runs fine can you leave the ecu alone?

Does any particular setup set up let you get away from having to cut the front bar up?

What does AAC stand for? Where exactly is it located?

Where is the idle speed controller located?

Its a non-irs, aussie borg warner R31 lsd. Doesn't have CV's, its a live axle setup

I was looking in my engine bay and noticed that this connection off the inlet manifold is blocked off, should it be connected up to something else? Will it cause problems?

Did it bolt straight in? Any cutting of the front bar required?

Not sure what skyline its out off. A lot of people have asked me the same question today so i'll have an answer by tonight.

What about these front mount types where they use the standard side mount piping?

Looking for a front mount intercooler with piping that looks similar to this one? It has to use the standard side mount piping. To suit RB20DET

Did much of the Type M front need to be cut out to fit the cooler behind it?
