I had the same issue with the front sway bar bushes, didn't fit. Tried to open up the link then the bolts wouldn't line up.

It looks like oil is coming out the exhaust port into the exhaust manifold and then leaking through the gasket.

I used the same gaskets with copper sealant. Cam cover is a possibilty but it seamed pretty clean over the exhaust manifold.

After installing a recon-head this weekend, the car started and ran. After about 20 mins of idle running and a small amount of driving we popped the bonnet only to notice thick black oil bubbling out between the head and the exhaust manifold gasket. Why would there be oil coming out there? Has anyone ever come across this before?

Is there any benefit in running a SAFC with a re-mapped ECU? If the ECU is tuned properly, etc there shouldn't be any need for one? correct? Or will a SAFC allow for finer adjustment?

True, someone out there must have wacked a Power FC in their car and had it dyno'd. Can anyone post up their personal experiences with running a Power FC and no tuning.

I'm currently running a re-mapped ECU in my R32 RB20DET with mods: GTR fuel pump 3' split dump/front pipe all the way out R33 turbo Trust front mount Boost controller Air pod If i were to change to a Power FC and plug it straight in, would the base map of the Power FC be better than a re-mapped ECU?
