    Repco service agents, if they can be bothered, can access the Repco NZ files that cover the servicing and parts for Imports. The local one in Berwick did, when I had my R33 and the one in Officer needed NZ files for the M35 for brake specs etc. when they did my roadworthy.

    Don't the S and SP sedans run the same "big" brakes as the 370Z? Must be aftermarket discs available... I know that they are physically way bigger than the 350Z non-Brembo fitted to the NM35 Stagea (and also the X-Trail) which were available from RDA in less than 24 hours for slotted OEM size at very reasonable prices...

    UK spec R33 and R34 had additional oil coolers for engine, transmission and diff, and I think higher final drives, for sustained high speed running. They also had full Connolly leather interiors. I also know for a fact that none of the official press cars lived longer than 12 months before some journo wrote them off...

    Damn, was hoping someone was going to have A solution for the scratched up steering wheels... Seen that there are Infiniti trim kits on eBay, but they all have the hole for the cruise controls...

    Yes, no issues with RWC for tyres not matching the placard, but VicRoads inspection, completely different ball game.. Had to change all 4 tyres before they would give me the number plates, they could see that they matched the sizes on the Japanese placard, but not the RAWS one...

    Reckon my old 2.0 Alfa 164 had that on the "other" set of plugs... I loved that car.... You C34 guys got your rust issue easy compared to that Alfa... And it was one of the more rustproofed ones..

    Is this to keep the leather nice for the next owner? Seems a shame to cover it up... Just been really curious about the whole seat covers thing since I arrived in AUS 12 years ago... In the UK generally you only have them to "upgrade" a plastic seat or when you have unmentionalble stains you want to cover up..

    My HPX are squeal free and good feel, but dusty as all hell... Must be the slotted discs making them do that... Less than 24 hours to me 45 minutes east of Melbourne..

    You will need this for registration purposes. The Japanese one does not count, as I discovered when I went to Vic Roads... Whilst you can remove it, once you have the number plates on your car, subsequant owners, if interstate, may still require it..

    Wasn't there an issue with the 06/07 steering wheels, and they all look like that? It's not actually the leather part of the wheel that is worn, it is the coating on the "spokes" peeling off.. I think there was a warranty recall on the effected Infiniti G35 (PV36) in the US.

    Given that this car has had the series 2 front end fitted, better check with Cam, who did this swap previously, to find out if they are interchangable... I do remember that this "simple" swap was a huge pain for him...

    Hi Chris, As I said in the other thread I have been looking for a PV36SP and every single one seems to have the factory Nav. If I just give up looking for a AUS car, and get Iron Chef or someone to source one for me, your saying it should be possible to find a non-navi one. Will it only have the reversing camera? or was that and the mirror camera part of the Nav pack? Nick.
