hey people, was chatting to some dude the other night and his claiming that his hi-flowed r33 gts25t is pulling 277rwkw on 16psi and that he ran a 12.7 1/4mile with the only mods being exhaust, power fc and cooler... not much info went into the convo in regards to any other mods being done such as afm, injectors or anything like that as we were both drunk off our nuts and he seemed pretty cocky and convinced that no one has beaten him on the road... now i wasnt taking this guy 2 seriously as i have come across many of these hero sterotypes b4.. but 4 my own bit of knowledge, wat is the most rwkw that any body has pulled out of a hi-flowed r33 turbo. now i know that there are various hi-flow mods that can be done but just as an average figure if possible... cheers jt!

so this bar replacement that geoff supplies, is that like having a locked diff in replacement of the HICAS bar??? ... or the hicas and differential have nothing to do with each other?

hey all, i was just reading up on how some people suggest installing the AFM in the cooler piping, i did a search and coulnd'nt find anything on this site, but i was wondering if anyone would know the benefits (if there were any) of having an AFM installed in the cooler piping (after throttle body apparently), as apposed on having it on the intake piping of the pod filter. cheers JT

quick question probably sounds stupid but yeh... what would happen if u just unplugged all the electrical shit from the HICAS bar as u did in picture number 1... but left the hicas bar as is??

hey all... i went to flush my coolant to replace with fresh new one as the reserve tank looked quite dry and empty, and the screwy cap thingy underneath the radiator is worn out.. thus im unable to unplug it 2 drain the radiator!!!... what can i to get around this... just top up from reserve tank??? ... or can i force that out and replace it with something else that would fit??? ...thanks jt

just a quick question... am i right in saying that if u have an safcII u no longer need an afm??? or am i completely wrong.. as i tihnk i have read this somehwere... as the safcII will control all ur air flow readings thus no longer needing the afm... if so wat would i be better off purchasing.. an safcII or a z32 afm??? cheers JT

hey people, finally got the cash to get an exhaust 4 my 33 ... and was just wondering if anyone from melbourne has any recommendations on where to get a descent one from... i got a quote from professional exhausts for a 3" turbo back with 4" cannon for 1100 installed... this includes hi-fow cat ... but a mate from eas performance says he'll take the car in as he knows the guys at pro exhausts n i should get a better price..... other than that.. anyone know if theres somewhere else i should be looking specfically for an exhuast for my skyline as i know that professional exhaust mainly do commodores... any feedback welcome ..cheers - JT btw also plan to get the batmbl dump pipes if thees arent included in the package!

qucik question... adjustment button / switch for arieal on r33 skyline.... only availbe on series II or is it der on series one as well ??? - cos i cant find it.. just wondering if im looking at right place or not (under steeriung rack) cheerS!!!

hey people just a quick question, last couple months (yeh i know ive left it a bit 2 long) but wen i drive i hear like a whistinng hiss hiss sound cuming from front drivers side wheel.... n now its happen passenger as well... even wen i dont brake.. just dirving normally... mates reckon its just dusty brakes.. others reckons stones in callipers.... anyone have any ideas? ,,, or do i have 2 hoist it n take the things off clean em den put em back on?? cheers!

last couple days while sitting on bout 65 - 80kmh the revs go from like 3500 to like 1800 n then like back again, i got no idea wats going on but it doest feel good for the car... anyones got any idea if anything is stuffed would be greatly appreciated

hey all, ever since i got my car imported my hicas light has been on, and the mechanics just said i needed a sensor for it 2fix the problem... i have driven past the 180kph mark numerous times, the needle seems to hover pass the 180 mark and closer to the hicas light... anways 2 get back on track.. does this mean my speed limiter has alreadi been cut?

hey all... just got frount mount cooler put on my r33 gts25t *(auto)... and now the car seems to want to die like everytime i slow down n turn corners... (stalled twice alreadi) use 2 happen a bit with stock cooler which had BOV installed... but once i capped the outlet air end pipe of Apexi POD Filter it was alrright... but now its got no bov and its seem 2 be happening.. any ideas.. dirty old pod maybe? or should i f**k it off all 2gether???

hey all, yeh its prob been covered b4 but can't find it.. just a simple question... i dropt off my car 2night at mechanics its r33-gts25t 2 get cooler installed and up the boost 2 10... we had previous discussions bout the boost on them... now apparently all jap cars came stock with 10 ..so he says.. but from what i know and have read.. they all came with 6-7.. can anyone confirm the amount of boost??? cheers JT

yeh i wasnt exactly speficing to up the boost to 12 psi... i just mentioned to him i wanted hi and low... and he pretty much said yeh high no good with stock ecu.... so nick u reckon running round 10psi would have no worries with stock ecu yeh?
